My concierge of Sephenie and Trisha were the best. At the last min request of doing something for my wife Tracy as a surprise bday. They really went out their way to set up the room for me to surprise my wife. Miguel was my waiter on Saturday during the buffet breakfast and he did an excellent job on his suggestion for my coffee and my wife tea !. Our stay was wonderful. I do recommend renting the golf cart to get around. All is well that ends well ! We will be back !

If you are heading to Ambergris then Mahogany Bay is the place for you. Of course resort amenities are awesome but what really makes this place special. is the dedicated hard working staff. Of course they are all so gracious and so service oriented but I’d just call out a few that are extra special. First let’s start with Trish a concierge that knows everyone and can make all your wishes come true. From the moment Dennis welcomes you and takes all those heavy suitcases the place begins to shine. Next there is Miguel who simply serves food and drink the way all servers should. Always with a smile and knowing what you like very quickly. His gracious personality and spirit really shines. Now if you need a special vacation drink let Alex make it and if you are poolside you don’t have to lift a finger if Faustino is there to take care of you. I could go on and on forever just know that we feel really blessed to go to this happy place with staff who treat you like family. We can’t wait to go back!!

Mahogany Bay is worth it!
Stayed at Mahogany Bay and had breakfast at the Varandah restaurant. The food was great but the service was even better. Kimberly was an amazing server and gave great advice on recommendations while in Belize. Definitely recommended staying here and visiting.

Amazing Service
The entire staff was awesome, but Kimberly was so amazing and shines bright. I stayed on property and came down for breakfast everyday just for Kimberly and the fry jacks of course lol. Worth a visit if you stay on property or even just somewhere near by.

Visit mahogany bay!
This is our second year staying at Mahogany Bay. Both visits have been amazing! This year, Alex at the shaken bar has been the most amazing host! He welcomed us our first night and has continued to make us feel welcome every day since! He’s given us great recommendations and made us feel at home. I highly recommend staying at Mahogany Bay Resort and visiting the bar on the deck!
