    Amazing experience will be back

    Trip was amazing…..my wife and stayed in the swim up suite with jacuzzi……room service was excellent. We had an excellent Butler Leo or Leonardo ….he was really good and made sure we had everything we needed. He anticipated all our needs. I would recommend this trip and ask for Leo if you get Butler service

    Entertainment Crew is the BEST

    We had a great time with the entertainment crew!!! Jackie and Oliver were the best! Great food, great fun! Foam party was the bomb. Food was exceptional and the resort is very well manicured. We would certainly come again. We have been to many resorts and this is a top 3 for sure.

    Definitely recommend going. Loved it

    Wonderful time. So relaxing and I LOVE that everything is included and we could just relax, eat, and enjoy our vacation. Also Diana did magic cards on me, guessed my card and gave me the best fortune. The food is so delicious, pools are clean and beautiful.

    Would return to this resort and would recommend it.

    Our suite was perfect and the housekeeper did a great job. Fatima Felipe our butler was awesome. He was very attentive to our needs. Also, the dining and the food choices were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and the waitstaff were very efficient and kind. Every meal was delicious.

    Second stay was even better!

    Second time my wife and I have visited the Majestic Elegance, and it was even better the second time around! From check in to check out the trip was perfect; every employee was great everywhere we went. Here are a few that made our visit extra wonderful: Tete, our butler. She had our room decorated 3 separate times, always a nice surprise. Johnson and Misael at the Infinity pool, Josue and the Elegance beach bar and Abraham who was a waiter around the beach and infinity pool. Restaurants were all amazing, the food was outstanding. We are already talking about our next visit!
