Amazing entertainment. Best staff experience, including gibran , victor, Luis, Alain angel. The salted rim was one of our favorite locations and the staff was so friendly. We will definitely be returning to this resort, also we really liked the land shark. That was a fun party environment great for dancing and we had such a good experience

Margaritaville experience
Salted rim and Landshark had the best service. Every worker was attentive and so friendly. Gibran makes great drinks and loves to connect with the customers. Angel keeps the high energy and enthusiasm, creating a positive environment. Luis, Alain, Victor, Jassiel, Laura and many more were so great, I’ll miss them! 10/10 experience, would love to come again!!

Best resort and bartenders in Cancun!
The resort was so clean and nice but the Salted rim is the best bar! Gibran, visitor and angel made the trip so much fun every night ! Pool and sun were nice too lol but when it the bartender make you drinks and flip the shakers and catch the shots.. that’s what makes it spectacular!

Top Notch!
Everything about this resort is enjoyable. All of the staff are top notch. Honestly, I’ve never had better service anywhere in Mexico and I’ve travelled there for over 25 years. The food is amazing even at the buffet. There are so many choices for food although the resort is relatively small and comfy. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. There is entertainment for everyone but also quiet spaces to occupy. My husband and I have been here several times and we love it. We will keep going back!! My favorite part is the craft cocktail bar.

Fun and relaxing
We spent a wonderful week at this resort with another couple, and all 4 of us have nothing but good things to say. First off, you are greeted by a friendly staff, who get you efficiently checked in, and we were exploring the place within 30 minutes of arrival. There are 3 nice pools with different atmospheres, but there were plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas, nobody couldn't find a place to relax. 2 swim up bars, 4 restaurants ( Italian and steak house need reservations through concierge, and were so worth it). Book the reservations immediately when you get there, they book up. Juan and Erick were two of the many great servers. Aqua fitness was a blast, as were the pool trivia games, and the whole pool entertainment crew were so fun, Angel, Nicole, and the others whose names escape me. Plenty of places to get all kinds of tropical drinks, beers, non-alcoholic things, etc..., and all bartenders were excellent and friendly. Never a significant wait. Pool servers were also great, although we loved sitting in Idania's section, and she never left us neglected!! The rooms were very clean, perfectly cared for every day, and we happily left 100 Pesos a day for their effort. Great beds, showers, linens, we were extremely comfortable. We did a snorkel tour that was fun for a day outing, but ran into more people from other tours than we expected, so that dampened it a little bit. Highly recommend if looking for adults only, a nice combo of fun and relaxed, anybody can feel at home. NOTE: There is no beach now, due to hurricane destroying it. If you need sand, don't go here. If not, you'll love it. 2 last comments: The Landshark was not the loud, rowdy place that we expected from other online reviews, and bring tip money. The staff work very hard to give guests a nice experience, always with a smile,and deserve the ackowledgement. You can see a few people not tip much, and we watched a family of 5 stiff the all day tour guide who really did his job well. Not cool.
