Extremely disappointed and surprised the hotel was not decorated more fully with Christmas decorations and lights.

Celebrating 20 year wedding anniversary ringing in New Years 2025!
Went for New Years celebrations. The view of the fireworks from the sky bar were spectacular. Everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were always helpful and friendly!! Monica made sure we had fun and were taken care of. This was our second stay at Marina Fiesta and will not be our last.

Best Staff
Francisco, Leonel and Roxy were amazing I love the service and the rooms are so large but the 4 men make my trip stay often! Love the food and ate pool staff very hard workers clean room everyday! Very nice! The bartender in the lobby is excellent

Great Family Resort on the Marina!!
This was the best vacation ever thanks to their outstanding employees. Marina Fiesta is very well maintained from the common areas to the well furnished, clean rooms. I want to recognize a few superstars who made an impact : Reception: Jesus,Wendy, Carmina -they are the best! Concierge: Miguel is best there is,works magic! David was also great. Greeting Attendants/valets are super helpful and make you feel like family during entire stay - the superstars we encountered were Alfredo, Francisco, Leonel. Marina Fiesta employees really know how to take care of their guests!! We will be coming back next year.

Nice hotel, great people and awesome food but very disappointed in how we were hounded to purchase timeshare (now called something else but cant recall). From the airport (3 encounters) to the arrival at the hotel and then us capitulating to sit in on the hour and a half session (that lasted 6 hours) threw a bad taste from the moment we arrived. We missed the orientation and some finer details because of the emphasis by the hotel to lock us in to something else. At the end of the day, our decision to make a decision but very disappointed at the unnecessary and degree of effort in which we were treated.
