Just returned home after a week at Memories Jibacoa. One of the best holiday experiences I've ever had. All staff are outstanding. Clean, huge rooms. Sparkling facilities with an excellent buffet and 2 great a la cartes. Beach grill and a place to get great grilled sandwiches at the massive pool. Outstanding music every day. Lots of activities and easy connections to tours. A hiccup was looked after by a great manager. And, if you're with Sunwing, Mirena Rodriguez is the best rep they have bar none. 10/10 will do my best to visit again. Oh! Phenomenal beach, too!

One week but wish it was two
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We booked an ocean front which had a beautiful view and quite close to the beach. From the a la carte to buffet there's a variety of food for everyone. I won't attempt to individually name staff as they were all so nice and hard working, and I've forgotten names. To them I say from the heart, Thank You! Our room was comfortable, clean with mattress and pillows to our liking. It's in a beautiful location and on the drive to the resort there was so much to see it made for a short trip. Yes, we intend to return

Beautiful resort , amazing staff and fantastic food!
We enjoyed this resort immensely! The staff was very attentive to whatever we needed at the pool, the bars and buffet. The food was amazing - especially the lunch served at the beach bar - enjoyed rice and beans every day for our lunch! I will definitely be returning hopefully soon.

Amazing stay. Will be back!!!
The place is beautiful. In the midst of nature, coconut palm trees. Clean beach. 24/7 service. Clean rooms. Lovely people. Here you are not in tourist ghetto but get the chance to interact with the locals. I fell in love with Cuba and it’s people!! The staff (from Management to clerks) is beyond wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and with a smile on his face. You really feel welcome. The waiters never leave you without any wishes unfulfilled. Everyone is running to serve the guests. The room service even left a beautiful note and a bottle of wine for my girlfriend to her birthday. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS IN ANY HOTEL ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Thank you my beautiful Memories Jibacoa Staff!! We love you. And we will come every year again.
