Christy is amazing!
Cristy at the Saphire bar is the best employee in the whole resort! She is hospitable, and the drinks she creates are amazing!! We kept going back and getting our drinks from her because they were literally the best cocktails in the whole resort, she is fun and friendly! She is a joy to be around!!

Fantastic mid-winter getaway !!!!
We had a wonderful time…the resort is lovely…good food…beautiful pools and beach. What really put the “icing on the cake” was our concierge, Mr. Kelly, who answered all our questions, fixed any minor problems, and made dinner and travel reservations for us. He facilitated our travel within the resort and was always checking to see if we needed anything. It doesn’t get much better than that !!!! And all the resort staff were very friendly and super accommodating !!!!

Beach is stunning minus the unsightly inflatable that mars the view. Rooms were adequate but our fridge never kept things cold and we sometimes got enough towels and face clothes; other times not. Buffet food was consistently good but got repetitive. Service in the buffets was hit and miss. Sometimes we received our beverages; other times we were never asked or asked and never received. A la cartes were just okay. Liked the yoga every morning at 10:00.

Paradise
This was our 3rd time here and we are booked again for April 2025. I cannot say enough about this wonderful resort. The Level up experience is worth the upgrade. Our Concierge Rinaldo (chickadee) is incredible. He made our stay another one to remember and one of the reasons we keep coming back. Shout out to Milly who is just a wonderful person. The staff work hard to make your stay special. the level check in was our favourite place to start our evening with a drink. The restaurants were always welcoming, good food, great atmosphere and attentive staff who remember you when you return. The level master suite is spacious, clean, stocked daily with drinks and snacks and a beautiful spa sized tub. The beach is gorgeous blue water and white sand. It can be hard to get a sun lounger if you go down later in the morning, but we always found a spot or even rented the beds on the front of the beach a few times to celebrate special occasions. Worth the money. Grounds are large but nice to take a walk or hop a ride on the train or shuttles. Riviera pool my favourite place to stay during some of the days. I could go on and on about how much I love this place, but truly is all the lovely hard working people we have grown to love that keeps us coming back. see you in April with my grandchildren for their first but sure not last visit.
