This resort had very poor service, it wasn't clean, and housekeeping was terrible. The wi-fi was sketchy in places. The food was questionable at best. The beach at this resort was amazing; however, we were bombarded with vendors.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the Deluxe Room and it was clean, well decorated, and had impeccable views. Customer service was 10/10 pretty much our entire stay. We had a rather unpleasant visit at the Mexican Restaurant on site, but after talking to guest services the Melia team quickly corrected the staff and made sure to take care of us for the rest of the visit. The Italian restaurant ran by Manager Melbin and Host Sugheidy made me and my boyfriend feel right at home as they were especially attentive to our wants and needs. The food was remarkable. The Japanese restaurant was amazing as well as the food was well-seasoned and prepared with tons of entertainment by the hibachi chef and servers. Alcohol was flowing the entire time and the drinks were strong and good. Jose, a concierge, took care of us from beginning to end as he scheduled transportation for us and helped us navigate the resort. This resort is the place to be in Punta Cana and the prices are very reasonable considering the value. I highly recommend this place to everyone because it has everything you could want and need. Hopefully you'll visit and have just as great of a time as we did.

Family Wedding
Lovely facility but my suite was musty smelling. A dehumidifier should have been used in the room before the guests arrived. That was not done. We did not request because of the noise, and we did not request another suite because of the trouble and being tired,

Pampered
I didnt know what to expect, but I was blown away. First of all the staff are excellent, friendly, and make you feel like you are the only one there. Our personal conceige Jhonny made sure all of our needs were met and help us with any reservation. The cleaning, dinning, and entertainment staff all too notch. I work in an amenities unit where our goal is customer servce, and this place taught me a few things. Oliver, the spa ladies and the crew from Paridisa where great too. Beautiful beaches pools everywhere, Will be back next year.

Family trip
The services was really bad. The rooms were dirty, no hot water for 2 days. Every time that you were asking for something they will take for ever.
