    Paradise jewel

    Amazing property. Beautiful rooms, lush gardens and amazing ocean views. My only recommendation is to stay away from the breakfast buffet. We tried it on our first day, the food was cold and not very good. The coffee shop, “Molido”, is a better spot. The hot breakfast sandwiches were actually hot, and the salads were very good. I highly recommend Nectar for dinner, simple decor but amazing food. Side note - The HY Grand Reserve is very secluded. The resort is completely removed from civilization which makes it even more appealing for those seeking peace and quiet. Of course the occasional leaf blower is inevitable. But for the most part, all we heard was the crashing waves and birds singing. We plan to be back soon.

    Relaxing and gorgeous spot with incredible service!

    We had a great experience with Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. We were here on our honeymoon and had an amazing time. Carlos Sanchez was the highlight of our stay, providing excellent local recommendations, and friendly and incredible service. Highly recommend staying here and go find Carlos when you get there!

    Amazing night, great crew

    Brian was the best bartender and made our last night here at the bar so fun!!!!!!! Staff is amazing and he hooked it up playing music that we listened to all night. He put on our fav sport channels too. Ask for him next time you come here!!!!!!!!!!!

    Relax

    Ricardo is honestly the best bartender. Decent drink that doesn’t water down. Great recommendations on the drink. We all love it so much. Encourage anyone having their vacations in Peruto Rico to come and enjoy yourself. Highly recommended!
