    Izaiah is great!

    Izaiah is a phenomenal individual and was very attentive to our needs. He added great value to our night with exceptional service and tenure. The Hyatt regency resort organization in puerto rico is lucky to have him as an employee and ambassador influencing the brand.

    Natasha is the best!

    If you're visiting the center bar at the Hyatt Regency, look for Natasha. Hands down the best you can get! Quick, efficient, and friendly. Natasha had an award winning personality! The atmosphere is great, and the selection of drinks is diverse.

    Friendly service!

    We had the best experience at the Hyatt Regency hotel lobby bar. Natasha T. was a wonderful server. She was friendly, fun, and helpful! We truly enjoyed sitting in her section and even asked for her the next day………. We would highly recommend!

    2 night stay in January

    Great service. Nice beach and pool access. Kayak was a nice included perk We enjoyed the golf simulator in The Sand Trap. Isaiah was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend eating at Prime 787. Great dessert options. Overall great food options with a 24 hour market.

    Great food and staff

    We had an amazing dining experience at Nori thanks to Thais Pietri, who took excellent care of us. The portions were generous, and the atmosphere was top-notch. We had such a nice time that we went back the next night, where Tony also provided excellent service. Both nights were memorable, but Thais truly made our first visit stand out with her exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend Nori for its outstanding food, ambiance, and incredible staff!
