Came here for a girls trip. Great overall experience. Because of our group size, I think, we were given concierge's Fernando and Rebecca. They both were excellent. Fernando was so sweet, always a huge smile, excited to see our group. He was great, super nice. Rebecca had a beautiful smile, talked to us, made us feel at home. We got upgraded from a twin double room to a king suite which was really nice! Bed was firm, very comfortable. Coffee bar great. Breakfast and lunch were great, so many yummy options (omlette station a favorite), ripe fresh tropical fruit. Water and coffee could come quicker per service people. Drinks at most bars weaker than in the US, I think that's pretty normal for resorts, but honestly it didn't bother me. Service great, Maribel at the pool bar was so fun, great service. Noon pool aerobics super fun ( don't know the guy's name that led it but he was great, fun, talented dancer). Beautiful fine white sand. In the ocean, ugly rolls to keep the seaweed from coming more ashore, I think, so can't be helped, but that wasn't as nice a view. Walking along the beach was nice, felt safe. Beach area great mix of sun and shade. Beautifully manicured property.

Wonderful location for a relaxing vacation
Great food, the buffets have quality food and many options to choose from. They have a large variety of delicious fruit - the passion fruit, pineapple, papaya, and bananas were my favorites! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable.

Fantastic location lovely lovely lovely
I think we wouldn't have had the experience we had if it wasn't for Rebeca. For the 10 days we were there she mad us feel like we belong there and for me I've had great experiences but Rebeca I just might have to take her way from you lol but truthful Rebeca mad it happen

The place is nice as well as the service provided by all the hosts and servers. I purchased The Level package and didn't get the Level service. Especially for premiums drinks you had to go to certain bars because not all bars in the establishment honor your wristband. We was given a concierge and he was not detail oriented like my friends concierge Darwin. Based on what my friends told me Darwin went above and beyond unlike "Edwin G" at times we seen the guy and he never acknowledge us. Even at the end of the stay we had to get bring our own luggage downstairs and airport transportation was not even set up by him. Unacceptable

Melia Punta Cana
My opinion about the staff at the resort I've noticed something which overly bugged me. One night, when I wanted to have my dinner, I was a little late, and the staff started to throw out the unused food. I was able to get my dinner anyway, but when I saw a lot of food was thrown out to the garbage, I thought how many poor people would be happy to have this food for their family table. Maybe you can contact an aid organization and let them use this food for the benefit of the less lucky people. I was simply upset about the vasted food.
