Our stay was amazing. The property is beautiful. All of the staff are friendly. The Nobu restaurant has phenomenal food. The best part of our stay was the concierge Michelle. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time possible

Exceptional resort all around
Exceptional resort for family (including babies/toddlers). Nobu is spotless clean in the communal area and in the suites. Almost everywhere we went, there is a fresh floral scent all around. There are a variety of dining experiences on-site so you never have to leave the premises. The food (especially the fishes) is fresh and well-seasoned. I enjoy dining at all the restaurants. The best feature of this hotel is the dedicated Concierge personnel that you get during your entire stay. We were fortunate to be assigned MICHELLE, who catered to all our dining, tours and everything else needs. This is the best Concierge service I have ever experienced.

Great Resort
Great concierge service! Well done Michelle for setting up the nanny service and all other requests such as reservations, cabanas, etc. Also excellent food. Overall 5 stars. Would like to go to more Nobu hotels I'm the future. Keep it up Los Cabos!

Overall just an amazing experience.
Had an amazing experience getting helped by Nacho, super helpful throughout the trip. He made sure everything I needed was presented to me. Also had an amazing time with the food as well with breakfast and lunch. Nobu was my favorite out of all the restaurants.

Returning customer - loved it last time and food was even better this time, but service was sooo bad relative to expectations. They were overwhelmed with guests and understaffed so things kept happening like room wouldn’t get cleaned. Also they randomly decided they don’t offer turndown service during the holidays. Disappointing.
