Feb 21, 2025Nobu Cabo is HORRIBLE
Currently staying at Nobu Cabo and it has been nothing short of terrible. Barbara the day manager is not helpful nor willing to help. We paid over $1000 for a deluxe ocean view room which is NOT what you get. In short, the management, the service…you name it…it is simply not Nobu caliber! We were put in an “ocean view” low level Room with dirty stained pillows and bedding and our “ocean view” was more of a direct view of Palm tree trunks and buildings. We were told the palm trees grew over time and obstructed the ocean views. They offered to switch our rooms but not until the next day. We complied only to be moved to a higher floor room with views BUT there was room construction going on next door. From loud drilling to banging, the work went on from 10am-6pm. No one informed us of the work. The manager, Barbara, apologized and said she knew construction was going on but that’s the only room they had available so she moved us. I wish we knew before changing bc we would have stayed in the palm tree level room which was at least quiet. Her response in the end was sorry and she couldn’t do anything else to help us. In short, stay at Chileno, The Cape, The Montage. The prices might be slightly higher but the service is impeccable and the hotels are pristine. Lesson learned…the only good thing about Nobu Cabo is Nobu the restaurant. End of story! Time to change management or just become the hard rock hotel.

Feb 21, 2025The perfect spot in Cabo!
This was our second trip to the Nobu Resort, staying at the residences. Like our first trip, every little detail was "chef's kiss" from the modern yet comfortable decor to the deep soaking tubs (ahhh!) to the slippers (my favorite) to the excellent service at every turn. We loved relaxing by the pool and meeting new friends, watching the humpback whales frolicking in the water just off the shore, the spectacular sunsets, and the incredible food. I especially want to call out our concierge, Stephano, who took on every request with joy and delivered flawlessly! He made our trip 10x better, which is hard to imagine when it was already close to perfect!

We highly recommend Nobu Hotel Los Cabos and Ignacio Cota
We had such a relaxing week at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos! The weather was beautiful and the views of the gray whales breaching on the Pacific Ocean from our balcony was magical. Our ambassador, Ignacio Cota was a class act and made sure we had everything we needed and coordinated any extra requests. He really did make the vacation carefree for us..such a bonus! it was a little sad having to say goodbye when we had to head home.

Amazing stay at Nobu - highly recommend!
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Nobu! Our concierge, Ignacio Corta, was awesome to work with. He took care of everything and continually checked in on us throughout our stay. He made getting reservations at the restaurants so easy and always got us perfect tables! All the staff at Nobu are fantastic - service by the pool was great. They are super attentive but not pushy or annoying. The room was fantastic, clean, and quiet. The beach was amazing - whales swam by all day every day for us to enjoy. The food at every single place on the property was incredible (it is Nobu after all). We will be going back!

Stay Away from the Nobu Cabo
I am writing this review currently with my family, including my 2 year old son under duress. We came to the Nobu for 4 nights and had the worst stay imaginable. They are now stopping us from leaving the hotel until we agree to sign and pay for a bill we do not agree with and has us paying for every single thing that we have an issue with. So let’s do a quick review: 1. We paid for a room rate that had an upgrade included, but then got here and there was “no upgrade available,” after we complained and met with a manager, suddenly a room was available. 2. We reached out to our concierge a week in advance to book our massage, reservations, etc. (thanks to all the tripadvisor reviews), but nobody ever responded. So then we found out on Morning 2 that we had lost $300 worth of credits because they could no longer book for the day. 3. So then we go to Spa and it’s not until after I paid for my treatment, and my wife was about to start her treatment, that we learn that the entire wet area is closed for maintenance. When my wife communicated an issue with then failing to communicate this, the MAN at the front desk said “I’m not gonna go back and forth with you about this,” before getting aggressive and waiving his finger in her face. So then, the moment I walk out my massage there are people waiting to tell me I have to immediately come to the front desk. Super relaxing. 4. We meet with the manager to discuss all the issues, and she tells us compassionately that she is going to get to the bottom of things and resolve all our concerns, 36 hrs later, having not heard from her and less than 24 hrs from check out I go to meet with her and she has zero answers, but prints me out a bill that says I owe less than $200 and as a result, she couldn’t het apply any credits. We dealt with a lot of other issues, which I won’t detail here now. That brings us to now. I show up to the front desk for checkout and my bill is suddenly $1200 after only having room service for dinner and coffee for breakfast. Also, none of the credits discussed were applied. So I am concerned and have no time to resolve it, but they have to sign or they will retain me. Simply put, stay away from this place.
