A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.

Check in process took over 2 hours. They kept telling me 5 more minutes 5 more minutes. Lies. We were told we’d get a phone when we were allowed to go to our room, because apparently they have to walk you there you can’t go alone. Our bathroom sink started leaking all over the floor the first day. and we were told someone would fix it. No one ever came to fix the leaking sink. We prefer not to have the AC on the entire time, but we turned it off the room began to smell musty and moldy. We had upgraded to a room with a private pool. But it smelled like manure the entire time to which we were told, “that’s not our fault, it’s the property next door” Even though we had our own private view of the dirt mound we couldn’t bare the stench outside of our room. Service at the entire hotel is crap. And that’s even taking into consideration that it’s “Mexico” We decided to fly home early because it was so unenjoyable. They still charged us for the extra night we didn’t stay. Both front desk supervisors were so full of BS when talking to me. They think everyone is stupid. Pick somewhere else to enjoy the sun.

Michelle, my personal concierge, was such a tremendous help and support's to me. She was ready to anticipate and accommodate all my needs during my stay. In addition, the grounds were immaculate, and the atmosphere unparalleled. Once in a lifetime Experience!

Personal concierge is way better than Siri or Alexa!!
It’s the attention to detail for me. You get your own personal concierge that is literally one call or text away from assisting you with anything you need. My personal concierge was Michelle and she was great! She booked authentic Mexican experience for us! We will definitely come back again. The perfect 5 star treatment! Thank you!

Great experience at Nobu!
Loved everything about our stay at Nobu! Tiffany, our ambassador, was the best and incredibly resourceful and helpful. Dining at Nobu, Ardea and Muna were all quite special with unique flavors and exceptional mixology. The massage therapists in the spa were top-notch as well. Highly recommend for an R&R trip in Cabo!
