Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.

My recent stay at NOBU was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and kind, ensuring that every detail of my visit was perfect. The attention from the manager Mr. Guerrero and my butler Stephan made my check-in experience special with their personalized service. I highly recommend becoming a member to get the extra perks and VIP treatment!

Nov 20, 2024Won’t refund my US$500 hold on my credit card
When I checked-in they placed a US$500 hold on my credit card for consumption during my stay, which I did not use. I was told I would receive the refund within the following 10 days, but it never came. I’ve been calling now for the last 5 months to get the money back, but they are unable to do so. Reception (Jorge Perez, Momo, among other) keep saying that accounting is unavailable and that they will raise the issue and call back (but this never happens)… Terrible experience. The hotel also won’t allow you to swim in the ocean and the weather is usually terrible.

The best experience!
The absolute best experience and epitome of what fantastic customer service and quality service should be! We stayed for a week and could not have enjoyed the property, food options and staff enough. We will be back and already booked a return in the Spring!

Incredible Stay at NOBU Hotel & Residences
My husband and I had the most exceptional stay at the NOBU Residences & Hotel. Truly an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived. Our amazing Concierge/Host Stephano greeted us and he just couldn't have been more wonderful and personable. The property is breathtaking and every single detail is considered in the design and amenities. The food was truly remarkable, as would be expected. What I did not expect was that it would be as exceptional as the actual NOBU restaurant, but all the options on property. Including room service! One of our most memorable meals was at MUNA. Simple top notch. Again, Stephano was incredible. Always so quick to respond to our every request with such authentic kindness. The pool staff at the adult pool were amazing, we spent quite a bit of time there during our stay. Claudia was our favorite server there. Do not hesitate to book a stay at this incredible property! You will not want to leave and we can't wait to return!

Another wonderful trip to Cabo
Had another amazing trip to cabo! Became a member and love all the special attention from our personal concierge Stephano, also had a chance to meet the Prive manager Senen who made sure he introduced himself and gave us a lovely champagne bottle to enjoy our evening. Was checked in directly in the room and check out was seamless. Enjoyed the beautiful view of the sky, unfortunately Ardea Steak house was under remodeling but there are other great options like Muna!.
