This was a wonderful vacation and had amazing food. We had a family reunion with a group of over 18 and we where able to spend time together. The convenience of everything on the hotel made it easy to get around. I have recommended this hotel to all my family and friends. This hotel has been my to go place for the past 7yrs

Amazing all inclusive resort
My husband and I had an amazing time, we enjoyed our honeymoon at this resort. They made our stay special and memorable.

Nov 20, 2024Small, but with everything you need for a comfortable stay
Group of 5 couples celebrating milestone birthdays! Although one of the smallest resorts I've stayed at, it worked well for our group - easy meet ups with only a few minutes walk between rooms, restaurants, buffet, pool, beach. Food was good and we drank and ate freely (seafood, sushi, fruit, raw veges/salsa) without any concerns/illness. Swam in the ocean and pool daily. Saw baby turtles! Nightly shows entertaining, but lack of dance/night club was a sore point - could hear the music from the neighbouring Hard Rock and wanted to join in! Rooms were basic but clean. Bed incredibly comfortable. Fridge stocked with water, pops, beer, chips and nuts. Although constant but slow water leak from our bathroom sink, not a huge issue as housekeeping continuously exchanged towels...and really, little time was spent in the bathroom....thankfully!! Buffet/restaurants would not initially seat 10 of us together, but after a few days of fandangling, we simply asked for a table of 6, and then added 4 more chairs. Staff 'rigid' in their rules (ie. dining/reservations) but generally helpful. Also tip motivated - we were happy to oblige. Given the size of resort, could easily get bored - every two day excursions worked perfectly for us.

They DO NOT CLEAN lounge chairs and tables at beach. I never saw anybody raking the sand not even once. I found de tal flood, bandaids, plastic,etc The front staff is not accommodating at all. You ask for a phone call to transportation, they seem like they don’t know what u are talking about. Very loud activities around the pool, they play LOUD bingo , please we come to relax and many want peace and quiet. The rooms are clean. They fixed our AC We checked out at 12, our flight was at 4 I asked if we could talle a walk on the beach, they said we couldn’t go in anymore. They could change the menu but is almost the same every day.Not bad! I would not stay there again.

Vacation
Very friendly and courteous staff. Fantastic daily and nightly entertainment. We will be back same time next year.
