Had nice experience staff very helpful, always with a smile and attentive, the food quality can improve my daughter got sick with the food the whole stay as well 3 other people of my group same stomach issues that is my only observation. rooms very clean and the pool and beach, clean as well common areas.

The room needs updating , our sheets were dirty. The amount of vendors bothering you to buy things on the beach was absolutely annoying when trying to relax, I’ve been to other area hotels where vendors are not allowed. There was hardly any entertainment or things to do for kids. I felt the staff overall was not very friendly, compared to other hotels I’ve been to. Our hotel guide through Expedia Esteban was absolutely amazing. Always checking in and friendly. We did buy a couples massage through the spa which was amazing. Overall we enjoyed our trip the pool was nice, beach was nice the hotel grounds were clean. I don’t think I would return to this hotel in the future. I prefer others I’ve visited.
