Great location only 20 minutes from airport. Grounds are beautiful and kept immaculate. Plenty of chairs available around pool. Lots of food choices. Most staff are friendly. I would return for another trip!

Wonderful place and wonderful people. Very relaxing beach area with lots of shade, nice room, excellent Royal Level Restaurant. Wonderful service - special thanks to Antony Cuevas.

This resort started off fine but ended poorly. The check in process took a while but we finally got to our room. Room was fairly clean and spacious. Mini bar contained bottled water, two beers, and some sodas. Beach was nice but we were constantly approached by vendors selling excursions, hair stylists, jewelry, pictures with animals, etc. which was annoying. Pools were nice but only one had seating around it. Food at the buffet and in the restaurants was mediocre at best. The highlight was the pizza and nachos but they only opened at 6 pm. We wished we could have those for lunch. Worst experience was with our bill. We paid half up front and the other half when we arrived. When we got to our room, we noticed we paid around 20% more than we should have (everything is in the Dominican currency). When we disputed this, they told us to go to one desk, then another, then another. Waste of time. Emailed the company, they had us go back to the desk, more waste of time. They cant explain the charge, saying it’s because of the exchange rate, but it’s only gone up 2.3% so that doesn’t make sense. At the time of this review, they haven’t corrected the issue so beware.

Great service
Robinson Lora, Alejandro Laureano and Alberto provided an excellent service, very nice and super friendly. Drinks were the best
