We booked with Expedia and it was fantastic. Our concierge Lydia was so great. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, she helped to make our trip perfect. She helped with booking our a la cartes, which enabled us to try all 5! The amenities are good, the rooms are generously sized. Multiple pools and a fantastic beach. The mini fridge is stocked daily with soda, water and coffee. Lots of restaurants and snack bars to choose from. And the locals are just lovely!

Staff appreciation
I had a great experience staying at Occidental Punta Cana. The resort is well maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, which truly enhanced the stay. I would especially like to recognize Ricardo Sanchez, who was an amazing and extremely helpful staff member. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude made a noticeable difference throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and that guests felt comfortable and well supported.

Great place occidentale Punta cana
