    Occidental Punt Cana

    Food was terrible, drinks were terrible, pools were gross, cleanliness and quality of the overall resort was awful.

    Beautiful hotel, food a little boring and some staff unfriendly.

    Resort was beautiful, clean and well looked after. You would constantly see gardeners around the resort making sure everything was taken care of, some might even offer you a coconut. However we did find that all but a handful of staff members did not care to help or speak to you once finding out you was English, this made us feel very uncomfortable. Good for pretty boring after day 3 same thing everyday at the buffet and the restaurant were nothing special. Bar staff didn’t know what drinks they had on the menu and where confused when you ordered one. Cleaners were very loud outside our room everyday at 6am every morning but other than that we enjoyed ourselves and made the most of it.

    Incredible Stay — The Staff and Energy Made It Unforgettable!

    We stayed at Occidental Punta Cana during the MIC Football event, and even with thousands of guests, the hotel ran everything incredibly well. The staff were outstanding — warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They truly made the experience special. Every morning at Caracoles, we were welcomed with genuine smiles, and at the specialty restaurants, the service made us feel like royalty. The evening shows were fantastic — fun, energetic, and full of life. The beach party was another highlight — so much energy, music, chanting, and dancing. It was one of those nights you just don’t forget. The room was clean, the A/C worked well, there was hot water, and reliable internet throughout the property. The resort itself is beautiful and well-kept. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the food. It was good, but not great. Still, the exceptional staff more than made up for it — their kindness and effort left such a strong impression that I didn’t feel right lowering my rating for that. Their genuine hospitality elevated the entire stay. Thank you, Occidental Punta Cana team, for making our trip so memorable. I would definitely return — and it’s mostly because of the people.

    Occidental punta cana

    The hotel is good and have excellent service and staffs. However they need to improve the alcohol they serving to the guess. Is not fear that we pay for the all inclusive and only get to drink cheap alcohol and the brand one you have to pay over $100.00 dollar for the bottle.
