My experience in the Royal level Sept 25
My experience has been fabulous. I've been at the Royal Level with my husband for 9 days, and the service in the restaurant has been excellent; everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We'll definitely be back. So we're very happy.

Beautiful Occidental Punta Cana -- Our Home Away From Home
For some reason my post in March 2025 didn't get approved, but here it is again. We will be going back in December 2025. Adreina Polanco, our wonderful server at the First Club is an excellent server and people person. She has made our stay here very enjoyable. She is attentive, dedicated and a real sweetheart. We look forward to seeing her again when we return in the December. The chef, Yeury is a wonderful cook and took such good care of our special omelettes that were made to perfection. He never disappointed. Sayonara Mateo, our bartender makes the best cocktails going. We can't say enough about her service.

Occidental Punta Cana experience
We had a fantastic experience at the Occidental Punta Cana Resort! The team at the Royal Level Restaurant was very professional and friendly and looked very well after us. Special thanks to Hipolito, Donia, Cristina, Sandro, Edilenia to name a few who made us feel like family! The reastaurants daily changing menus offer choices of beef steaks, lobster, grilled fish, variety of seafood, and fantastic wine selection. We highly recommend visiting Occidental Punta Cana and booking the Royal level Service. Yordan and Lauren
