    Would return!

    This resort was beautiful and everything we needed for our 4 nights way. The beach was stunning at any time of day! There's enough palm coverage that there was shade during the day and at night, the sunset and calmness was great. We finished each afternoon in the pool and the swim up bar was great. The service and people that worked there were wonderful. If we go back we'd stick to the buffet for dinner, both restaurants we tried were just okay. I would for sure avoid the seafood one. The options at the buffet had everything we needed. Between the quick flight to Punta Cana, the short distance from the airport, and the ease of the hotel, we will definitely return for a long weekend away!

    The property and water were both exceptional. However we survived the week on French fries and nachos. Food quality was very poor especially in the ala carte restaurants

    Terrible experience and will never stay again

    All inclusive does not mean everything. Rail liquor only, long lines at all bars, takes forever to get a drink. Staff will take your beach towels if you put them on beach chairs before a certain time and then you have to pay $20/ towels to get another one. No one explained the “rules” during check in. Restaurants are all booked with reservations, buffet is mediocre, food is typically cold. Housekeeping comes multiple times a day at different times. Maintenance came in two different days, once to hang a new TV and another to put decor on the patio doors. Cooling quite working 2 days before we were leaving and the staff didn’t care. Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else.

    The food does not have variety and taste. Even the restaurants have few options and they do not have any flavor or it seems they have not used any spices. the resort is massive and beautiful with different pools. the beach is clean and beautiful. entertainments can be better and more engaging. there is only one bar close to the beach which is always busy. the rooms was clean , the air conditioner was leaking the first day. and tv was not working.

    Bday Getaway

    The bed was super comfortable. Our matron (Lydia) was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! Please ask for her if you get butler service. The staff throughout were super friendly but she was phenomenal. Being Dominican but living in NY, I visit here alot and this hotel was great and very affordable.
