    Not much variety of food

    Staff were great, not much variety of food or liquor for members. Mattress is worn out. Overall I would come back

    Stay at the Occidental Punta Cana

    The service at some areas were good and at other places were not so good. We could not get any reservations at the restaurant, despite having rooms for additional people. I don't think I ever book any additional reservation there.

    Luxury at the royal level

    We stayed here for our honeymoon for 2 weeks in a royal level superior room, we were very lucky to have been placed on the bottom floor with out patio doors right on the beach front! The views were stunning and the room was perfect for what we needed! The cleaners were great, the cute flowers and swans on the bed made us feel very special! The royal restaurant was definitely our favourite and the the staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much! We did enjoy the other restaurants but for speed and a little more of an intimate service, royal always wins! Also at some point in the day they always brought snacks outside, prawn skewers were unbelievable! The hotel on the whole was great for activities, lots of pools and the beach always had activities, we enjoyed beach volleyball and corn hole (we mainly stayed on the royal beach for some peace and relaxation so we didn’t do too much around the other pools. We also enjoyed playing tennis most mornings! Just a 10/10 experience! We would highly recommend if you stay here that you stay at the royal level!

    The hotel was average. The food was average. The hotel staff was excellent. Need to keep up with the place regarding cleanness and air condition. Stayed at this same hotel 5 years ago and was good. Has changed a lot in 5 years.

    Sand, sun, and fun!

    Great service, food, and fun! Lovely beaches, nice rooms. All-inclusive! Many restaurant options. Easy to get around the resort.
