Great Stay
Loved staying at this resort…a nice size. Very easy to get around. Everyone working was very friendly. The accommodations are spacious. Definitely one of the most beautiful beaches…..just staring at that water all day was worth the trip!

Resort…what resort?
Picture it, summer of 1963, Baby and her family are vacationing at an upscale TCI “resort” but in reality you are at Ocean Club East in 2025. I’ll start with bad entertainment. I mean guys singing with karaoke machines 3 nights a week. Only indoor restaurant is a shuttle van ride to another property where you can use no other amenities. So only on site food option is a Cabana Bar with limited choices due to the fact they work out of an extremely small garage. Oh and the flies are just wonderful: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are insanely expensive and the two elder bartenders scream at each other joking around while you wait for your drink. And oh, bar closes at 10pm. Most of the other employees do not make eye contact and seem like they hate their jobs. Basic lodging with no updated technology. Larger pool deck dirty and uninviting. Most chairs on beach are saved by 7am. Food and drinks cannot be charged to room unless you are an “owner” which all rooms are owned so the front desk is a rental agent. There are many “resorts” on this beautiful island. Ocean Club is not one of them. Not sure how they legally call themselves one.

Average Room, High Price
This place was OK. Nothing unusually great about it. The people were friendly and helpful but we didn't experience exceptional service. The price was high because it looks out on the Bay and because it's Turks & Caicos. The bed was very hard and we both slept poorly.

Loved Ocean Club East!
Beautiful view, on a quiet section of Grace Bay. Warm and kind staff and great service (except perhaps a little slow in the beach grill - thought you are on holiday so no real need to rush). I loved our unit, beautiful sea view, amazing screened patio, two bathrooms although it was only one bedroom and a good kitchen. Other reviews I read said the place needed updating - I disagree, it was clean, comfortable and had a lovely beach vibe which is what I am seeking on vacation. (Why exactly do we need fancy stone countertops on a beach vacation?). The front desk staff were super helpful in arranging trips, dinner reservations and any minor room issues. I would have love if they had a kettle in the room but I just boiled water on the stove top and it worked fine. Also it was a tiny bit noisy as the windows don’t shut out all the sound but it really was not disruptive. Would love to stay there again!

Service could be better
We had to ask daily for items they were suppose to leave in our room. The had scheduled water outages and didn't tell us two days while we were there. We asked about excursions at the front desk and they through some pamphlets at us and told us the numbers to call were on them.
