Feb 21, 2025Wonderful place for both fun and relaxation!
This is our second visit to Mexico and we truly enjoyed this resort. We had an El Beso room with stunning views overlooking the ocean, and the room was clean, comfortable, and cool with air conditioning. Our balcony felt very private and was not easily viewed from the pool area, and we never had to worry about noise. The hot water could be slow at peak times, but was mostly not a problem. Our butler, Jesus, immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable, showing us our room and a few features of the resort. He connected with us through WhatsApp and checked in on us often. It was wonderful to have his help to make reservations, and he was able to assist us whenever we had a problem. We wanted to practice our Español, and he was so friendly and patient with us. We found the El Beso pool to be the most comfortable and relaxed area, and could always find a lounger. We also enjoyed the main pool with the swim up bar, it was a busy and social place to meet new friends. The beach is narrow, and seaweed was a bit troublesome with swimming, but there were plenty of loungers, soft sand, and easy access to flavored water and towels. There were many hammocks for a relaxing spot to read. There are many excellent places to eat, as well as baked treats, coffee, juices, and ice cream. The Privilege Restaurant was excellent, and their bar served the best drinks, thanks largely in part to the talented and friendly Angel, who we were always happy to see. There were many experiences on offer throughout the day, and we had a lot of fun with Emily and Fabian who taught us macrame, painted with us, and showed us the crocodile. We enjoyed playing tennis and the giant chess board, and the staff organized volleyball and other games. The dive shop staff were excellent. Francisco set us up with an excursion to Isla Mujeras with snorkeling, shopping, and the chance to swim with dolphins, sharks, manta ray, and more. It was nice to be able to arrange it all without leaving the pool area. Overall, Ocean Coral and Turquesa resort offered wonderful opportunities for both fun and relaxation, and the friendly and helpful staff made our stay unforgettable.

So heavenly I even met Jesus and an Angel!
All around the finest and funnest experience I’ve had! The food was delicious and presented equally as impressively! Every staff member deserves raving reviews, but two definitely made our stay even more unforgettable! Jesus was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond expectations in many ways, always extremely happy and excited to help! And the drink master Angel in the privilege lounge, was super friendly and hands down the best bartender I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!

Great hotel and breakfast but the rest of the food was lousy. Very greasy oily foods. Prestige membership was pricey and didn’t really get much … better rooms yes and a personal butler who made dinner reservations. Hmmm not worth the extra expense. The grounds were neat and tidy so hats off to housekeeping and landscaping!! Definitely need to get some new chefs sorry guys! I won’t be back!!

Wonderful trip!
First time here but not the last. Resort is well-maintained, clean and the rooms well appointed. We really enjoyed the El Beso pool annd the staff. Our pool butlers Jose and Alexander were very attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. El Beso server Ricardo was also very attentive and was able to anticipate our drink order. Wonderful service!

Terrible experience !!
The resort is a nice place. We stayed there before. We had upgraded to the privileged area and expected good service. No hot water for showers . Service to the room was terrible. Some staff attitudes was terrible. We will never stay there again .
