Nov 21, 2024Hospitality is a 10/10 and the best tequila tasting experience
At this place they are the best in hospitality and service especially Jocsan from the service desk! The rooms are pretty big and have a nice view over the ocean and its own beach. The restaurants are pretty good and especially the tequila tasting is a nice experience and well quided by there own tequila specialist Jesus!

Great Resort and Great Beach!
We put a lot of thought into choosing our all inclusive resort for our Cancun trip. We read lots of reviews both good and bad. We used google maps to give us an idea of what the beach would look like, we used live webcams to see weather patterns and what people were wearing… in other words we truly did our homework! In the end we chose Ocean Coral & Turquesa and we got lucky that we liked our choice! We selected the ocean/sea view and that was great! The room was spacious and clean. We weren't thrilled that there were no doors in the restroom, but we managed. . The bed was comfortable with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. We did need a coffee pot and had to call room service more than 3 times before we finally got one - so room service is slow. We did have our room cleaned everyday (otherwise we wouldn't get the mini fridge restocked with beer, bottled water, and sodas). The patio had an amazing ocean and pool view! All you can drink is great. We learned that the only indoor bar were a better selection of mixed drinks and cocktails, whereas the outside bars were more limited and basic. There is no limit to how many drinks/Mexican beers you ask for - so enjoy! They also have a smoothie bar and ice cream parlor - all close to the pools. The way the restaurants are run was a bit confusing to say the least, It took us a while to figure it out. You must have the app and make reservations in many of the places.. There are some that are first come first serve but the food selection is not quite as impressive as the nicer restaurants. I wish the hotel would have taken the time to explain the process for all the different restaurants/reservations etc. I would recommend you ask for help on the food topic once there. The beach is steps away and kept clean everyday. There are plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas, and the bar and towel station iis not far either. We can't wait to go back to this resort again someday!

Nov 18, 2024An amazing week with family and friends
27 of us went here for my 20 year marriage renewal. I booked a wedding package with Pablo, and he was very easy to work with. The building (7) we were in was just renovated and had some issues, mainly with our keys not working consistently, but our butler Carlos was very quick to get it fixed. Any room issues we had were fixed quickly. The food was very good, especially at Sensai, Italian, privilege lounge, and poolside lunch. Angeles at privilege section of the quiet pool is AMAZING. She works her tail off and has such a great attitude. Our butler Carlos checked on us often, made our reservations for us, and did his best to appease all 27 of us, which is not easy to do! Carlos was kind, attentive, and did a wonderful job. The beach had a lot of sargassum and was a bit too rough to go in the water but that's no fault of the resort. It was just a stormy week. We booked 2 excursions with the Dive It group, and Gustavo helped me book everything even before I arrived. He was very kind and easy to work with. Wonderful time and would definitely return!

Exceptional vacation! and most stellar butler, Carlos!
We had the opportunity to visit Ocean Coral as part of a large group celebrating a 50th birthday. As always, the resort was beautiful and an absolute pleasure to stay at. The staff were beyond exceptional with a special shoutout to Carlos, our butler! He ensured that our entire group was taken care of at all times. Carlos went the extra mile to attend a surprise wedding in our group as well as ensuring that they received a most beautiful, custom gift made by his mother! I would not hesitate to recommend Ocean Coral and more specifically would suggest that you ask for Carlos, if given the chance. We cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful resort and the best Butler around...Carlos!!
I met my family and friends for a week long 50th birthday celebration for my sister. We had an amazing time, the resort is lovely! We were lucky to have the best Butler around...Carlos!! He was amazing and really made our week special! His attention to detail and his all around good personality was truly exceptional! He treated us all like family and made sure we all had an amazing celebration. We were 19 of us...between helping us with the birthday celebrations, a surprise wedding for a couple in our group and planning dinners...he did it all with so much thoughtfulness. He checked on us daily and made sure we had a great time. Thank you Carlos for making an already amazing week even that much more amazing. 🥰
