Amazing Ocean Eden Bay featuring our man Daniel!
Amazing resort, exceeded all of our expectations! The attentiveness of our butler Daniel made our trip extra special, he seemed to always know where we were and what we might need! Request him if you can and you’ll be well taken care of! We are returning this Xmas and look forward to his top notch service once again!

Such an Amazing Stay!
Just got back from an unforgettable stay at Ocean Eden Bay in Jamaica, and I can’t recommend it enough! The resort is beautiful—right on the beach with clear blue water and soft white sand. It’s honestly the perfect spot to just chill and enjoy the island vibes. Rooms: The rooms were super spacious and comfy. Ours had an awesome view of the ocean, and the bed was so cozy. Everything was clean and modern, which made it easy to relax after a day of fun in the sun. Service: The staff here were top-notch—so friendly and always ready to help. Everyone made us feel super welcome, from check-in to check-out! Food: Food was on point! There are lots of restaurants to choose from, so we never got bored. The buffet had a ton of options, and the à la carte places were great for a more laid-back dinner. Overall: Ocean Eden Bay was the perfect getaway. Great food, awesome staff, and a gorgeous setting. Whether you want to relax or do a bit of everything, this place has it covered. Definitely recommend it for anyone heading to Jamaica!

Beautiful Resort
Beautiful Hotel, very friendly front desk Staff. People come to Jamaica to experience the culture and food, this hotel needs to cater to this. The live entertainment exodus band was fantastic, they add life to this resort. I would definitely go back to this resort.

Disappointing Experience at Eden Resort - Poor Management Overshadows Potential
I recently stayed at Eden Resort in Jamaica, hoping for a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, it turned out to be more frustrating than enjoyable due to several management and service issues. Transportation Chaos: The resort requires transportation to be booked 72 hours in advance, but the policy is unclear—does it mean 72 hours before your flight or arrival? We booked a few days ahead and confirmed, yet there was no transportation waiting for us upon arrival. We had to arrange and pay for our own transfer to the resort. Worse, the transportation desk at the resort was unhelpful, with staff showing bad attitudes and refusing to assist us. This was an awful first impression. Privilege Package – Not Worth the Cost: We upgraded to the Privilege package, expecting premium service and amenities, but it was a waste of money. At the sports bar, which was the perfect spot to watch the Tyson fight, we discovered that top-shelf liquors (like Jameson and Jack Daniels) were only available at the lobby bar. This meant taking turns running back and forth to the lobby just to get the drinks we paid extra for. How is that convenient or luxurious? Adding to the frustration, there was no bartender at the sports bar until 5 PM, leaving us to endure a nearly silent experience during the NFL noon games. Service and Amenities Issues: The resort feels disorganized, with amenities and services spread across the property in a way that makes everything inconvenient. Even the basics, like having proper bar staff and accessible premium drinks, are lacking. The staff seems demotivated, which I suspect is due to management constraints. Missed Potential: Eden Resort has so much potential. It’s in a beautiful location and is well-built, but poor management and lack of attention to guest experience ruin it. For the price we paid—especially for the Privilege package—these issues are unacceptable. I sincerely hope ownership re-evaluates their operations, prioritizes guest experience, and empowers employees to do their jobs well. Until then, I cannot recommend Eden Resort to others.

A great place for holiday
I had gone to the facility for a three day conference which ended up being an amazing experience! The hotel is the stuff of dreams. An amazing room facing a mega pool with a balcony with holiday chairs, a choice of over 10 different restaurants for dining and bars that open till late for those who want to enjoy a drink. The all inclusive provision did not compromise the services at all. The place was warm and the beach was clean and well kept with blue ocean providing a stunning landscape. My only problem was lacklustre response form the hotel when I sought some medical intervention. The medical staff was not available and was informed that since it not her working hours, I would have to pay for the service. I chose to by medication at the hotel shop. The hotel is just a dream hotel destination.
