  DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME

  Upon arriving We asked if we can be upgraded. we were told no rooms were available. That was a whole joke. because no one was hardly on the grounds Any hotel I ever went to Accommodated me As a complimentary we were told the room will be clean. room was disgusting/ feces in the toilet. hair all on/in the tub. room smells like mold Curtains were dirty. door was chipped no inside lock We have a driver now mind you our hotel room is all the way on the other side of the earth where we have to walk 22 mins to get to the front desk he was waiting on us. He was TOLD that we need to hurry up or he has to leave. WHAT ARE WE CHILDREN HERE? when your on vacation are you supposed to get up early? reason I ask we were on our way to breakfast at 10:30 and we were told it was closed. Breakfast was done. It’s a ghost town!!! at night fairly activities. it’s an adult resort the family side looks more fun. It’s out the way it takes 22 mins to exit out of the gate. nothing is in walking distance Just know You make your own fun. Everything is closed or there is a waitlist.. on a resort? we were told 2 out of the 14 restaurants we do need reservations. Which is understanding. we went to a restaurant called SUGAR CANE which is on ocean eden’s grounds and was told there is a waitlist and it’s busy now mind you there isn’t anyone in there at all. This gal the hostess was telling us we don’t need a reservation/ but we need to be on a waitlist that’s closed. Make it make sense. If that’s the case we would have went to JASONS LOBSTERs But according to the workers we were told we can’t go over there who are your workers to tell grown women where to go and not to go. when we can’t get fed by your establishment. But guess what the last day of our hotel stay we did go to and let me tell you JASONS LOBSTER WENT above and beyond. I have an allergy to shell fish do you know the gentlemen went and brought food for me at a local restaurant With This hotel it’s definitely not worth the money!!! So management gets involved the switch up was real your asking if we have a beeper but it was never offered. we finally was seated a mother and son came in after us and the same gal asked them if they would like to be seated outside which we were never offered that option. I never been so HUMILIATED in my life. Not good OCEAN EDEN BAY RESORT I need not to be STRESSED on a vacay when you’re running from the STRESSOR. With This hotel it’s definitely not worth the money!!! I don’t want to pull the card because i’m a lover of all people. But you can see who’s who and who is being catered too. ITS ALL GOOD!! With This hotel it’s definitely not worth the money!!! I’m very very big on customer service. my money spends very well. You don’t have to worry about me spending it here ever!!! Word of advice educate your staff on hospitality even if it’s a few mins of Orientation. IF NOT it will bring the value of the hotel down. we walked over to the steakhouse which is also on the grounds the staff were very welcoming and ATTENTIVE I just want to say a pint of the staff were GOOD to us. I understand there can be hiccups’ but everyday? I’m a very easy going person. But this was way over the top. With that being said waited 2hrs for toilet paper DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE WHEN IT COMES TO OCEAN EDEN BAY RESORT, JAMAICA DEFINITELY NOT A 5 Star hotel. I would say this hotel would get an A for Effort but it’s not deserving. But I WILL EMPHASIZE DAVANE AND ALYSHA WHO IS APART OF YOUR WAITSTAFF HIS AND HER HOSPITALITY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. He HAD TO apologized on OCEAN EDENS BEHALF

  Amazing birthday

  Awesome birthday celebration at ocean Eden bay . On arrival we were greeted by the amazing front desk staff , along with their Manager on duty Ms Virgo, They made us feel like we were home.. The ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing, each staff greeted us with a smile…We felt the love and appreciation for we arrived. Then we saw the sign “ 1 LOVE “ makes us even happier..Our room had a birthday banner and petals lined my bed . Great job to the guests service and front desk . For our birthday dinner Ms Virgo went ahead and reserved for us at Marlins restaurant … we met Sash and her amazing staff , someone must have told them it’s my birthday, they came out singing ..with a happy birthday cake.I was surprised it felt so good.. the service I got from all restaurants were good but at the Marlins restaurant fantastic… I will be back…1Love Kriss

  Nothing bad, but nothing special here!

  Nice resort with great pool and beach area and lots of restaurant options. Service is very bad - I've never seen such unhelpful or grumpy employees at any resort. Any request was met with flat out 'no' or 'I don't know' by any guest services staff, bartenders, and restaurant workers. Rooms are quite rundown for a resort that's only a few years old. You have to wake up early to grab a seat at the table! But the adults only section is great and a fun time by the pool.

  Best vacation ever!

  Absolutely beautiful resort! Excellent food at all the restaurants. The pool was amazing and so was the beach. Service was impeccable. Everyone made us feel at home and like we were part of the family. The activities offered were a blast. Our room was perfect! We will definitely go back. Highly recommend!

  Highly recommended to everyone who wants to experience an amazing vacation. Our friend Regla from the Entertainment Team, BLUE TEAM!!! was who really made our vacation memorable. She always brought joy to our group, so charismatic and enthusiastic. SEXY POP was our favorite show hosted by Regla professionally. We had so much fun!!! Our room was clean and prepared for us and our favorite restaurant: Sakura and Steak House!!!
