    Beautiful relaxed resort

    Daniel made this travelling experience seamless and was so helpful. From helping our group book dinners to just being attentive and checking in with us to make sure we were having the experience we wanted! Beautiful resort! I would jump at the chance to go again!

    Amazing group trip!

    We went as a group of 16 and had an amazing time. Had the best butler Daniel and he took care of everything (dinners, shows). We also had the best pool side servers Sashieka and Millicent getting us all the best drinks and food we could ask for. They all made of trip the best it could be and managed to seat all 16 of us together every night for dinner and kept our seats ready in the morning’s poolside! They took great care of us all week!!

    Best food and service by far and clean

    Amazing place our butler went above and beyond. Daniel started off with singing sweet Caroline while pushing our luggage to our room. When he was off the resort he would always check in on us to make sure we were good. Daniel the butler has a big heart and full of energy. Would recommend this guy to anyone going to this resort. Also shall I say we went with a big group he made it happen every time we wanted reservations at a restaurant. Best vacation to date. Cheers eh.

    Amazing Time!

    We had a great time. Our large group was accommodated and Dan went above and beyond for all of us making sure we could all have dinner together. He checked in daily even when he was off work! Service and staff were great. The food and booze options were good.

    Family time!

    My daughter and i spent January 27 to February 5 at this resort. The weather wasn’t that great but this resort was wonderful. The room was wonderful the only issue was our rail on our patio was loose. The staff were wonderful and caring and the thing I noticed most were they were so happy. The food was delicious and to be honest I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews. The beach was great but the lack of seating was terrible but it was so windy we only spent one day at it. I want to mention the privilege group was a surprise as anywhere I have travelled we always got the top shelf alcohol and for some reason not so here. The Jamaican coconut rum was awesome. The coffee is the best. The Market place was my favourite place to eat. The resort itself was immaculate. The family side looked great as well. I will return I met a couple of wonderful friends there if I could just get there proper email right Carol and Tom❤️

    Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

    Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.

    Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

    General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.

     Privilege Room Services remain the same at 24hrs complimentary. 

    Spring Break Policies - The hotel does not accept Student Groups or Spring Breakers. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at

    the Hotel. A student group consists of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.

    This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
