The guest Service Manager Stanley Louis-Charles arranged our visit in the Penthouse Suite room 580. This would have rate as the best Penthouse suite we have ever experienced on our World wide travels. The suites proximity to the Restaurant and the Voyager Club below was very handy. I would recommend Stanley's attention to detail and his follow up as exceptional. We will definitely be staying at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki on our return visit.

Outstanding, Amazing, Housekeeping. Valet, Desk service were all amazing!
Very clean, our housekeeper MARY was the best! She checked in with us every day to see how things were going. Amenities were awesome. The location was superb in proximity to so many restaurants and lots of good shopping. Live music every night was wonderful. Best hotel ever!

Nena was so amazing! She treated us like family for the whole week and made sure our room was always stacked with towels and necessities to make our stay with our two infants the most comfortable! Nena we appreciate you so much for making our vacation that much more better! Can’t wait to come back! The beautiful hotel and its hospitality (thanks Nena!) was AMAZING!

Amazing resort right on Waikiki beach
The facility was beautiful. The amenities were many. In fact if you didn't want to leave to explore Honolulu everything you needed or wanted was available at the resort. But the best thing about the resort was the friendly and helpful staff. Our housekeeper was so nice and accommodated all our daily needs. The front desk staff was kind and helpful as well. Unfortunately my husband tripped and fell during our visit and staff checked on him promptly and also checked on him when we checked out. We will definitely stay here again.
