Feb 06, 2025Beautiful Views and Location
Due to weather conditions we missed our connecting airline flight home. We were so lucky to secure a room at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort for 2 nights until our flight could be rebooked. Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and kind. We stayed two nights at the Outrigger and were able to enjoy the pool and beach area. We had a nice view of the beach and the city. There are plenty of shops and restaurants located inside the resort, as well as access to local restaurants and shopping. Everything was within walking distance. Our flight home was at 8 pm and we were able to check our luggage for the day with the bellhops. We spent the afternoon at the Honolulu Zoo. We were concerned where we could change into our traveling clothes to fly back to our home winter weather. The resort offered us a hospitality room where we could freshen up and change before we left. That was wonderful! We would definitely stay at the Outrigger again!!! It was convenient and beautiful. It certainly took the stress off of us of where we would stay and until we could get home. If you have to be stranded somewhere - Honolulu and the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort is the place to be. :)

Excellent location and service
We've stayed here many times and honestly, I can't imagine staying anywhere else on Waikiki. You're right there on the nicest stretch of the beach. You've got sunrise views over Diamond Head and sunset views on the western sea. Just gorgeous. Cleaning staff is diligent and accommodating. Ricky at the service desk is marvelously helpful. We can't wait to be coming back to our Outrigger home soon.

Very relaxing
Had a lovely 6 days at outrigger Waikiki beach resort. The room was excellent and the staff were so easy to deal with. Ligaya on reception was so helpful and room staff so cheerful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and have stayed here on 3 previous occasions. Always a pleasure.

Fantastic staff and location.
The friendly staff and location at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort are unmatched! When we went, on our 5th day we were stuck inside because of the storm...yuk! The satellite TV was also out..thanks mother nature! The Outrigger was kind enough to refund us the resort fee for that day, greatly appreciated! This resort is the place to stay, get an oceanfront room you won't be disappointed!! Pics are the view from oceanfront room and Waikiki Beach.

Best Place to get away with every convenience!
The OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort is the best! I have stayed there several times over the years and it always exceeds my expectations. There is nothing like the convenience of taking the elevator down and walking right out on the best beach. I had a room with a great partial view. The service by all the staff is outstanding. The Bell Service goes beyond accommodating requests. Great restaurants especially Duke's having a meal or drinks and looking right the ocean just a few feet away, truly the best place to stay in Waikiki. I have stayed at other hotels nearby, none compare to the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort.
