Kristina really took care of us!! Enjoying our trip from Big Island to see Ayana and Tina. We are sightseeing and shopping to. Kristina told us about all the best places to go and the best was to get there. She was so very helpful and kind. Mahalo for kindness

Excellent hotel location,excellent service.
Very good hotel and the staff is great. Location in prime Waikīkī area where everything in Waikiki walkable and beach right across the street. The main reason for the stay though is the Auana Cirque du Soleil show is here so the ease to just go down to the lobby and you’re there. The rooms are spacious enough but spring a little more for the upper floor rooms because it is in the heart of busy Waikīkī and there is noise. No microwave if you’re wondering but not a dealbreaker for me. Housekeeping and valet service top notch. All the staff show a lot of Aloha. Just remember that this is not those luxury resort types but more like the IHG Hotel or Hyatt Place type. The beach is right across the street so that’s what matters right? And without the beachfront price in my opinion.

Fantastic and Memorable Stay
We had a great experience at the Outrigger Beachcomber! The Cirque du Soleil show was a highlight, but what really stood out was the service. From the friendly bellmen to the hardworking housekeeping staff, everyone made us feel welcome. I want to give a special mention to Carleen at the front desk—she checked us in and handled some early issues we had with professionalism and care. Even though I had a few complaints the first couple of nights, she made sure everything was taken seriously and followed through to make our stay much more comfortable. Thanks again for turning things around and making it a great trip!

A Room with a View and a Welcome with Heart
As a first-time visitor from Australia, I couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome than the one I received from Carleen at the front desk. She was absolutely outstanding—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and even gave me a room with the most stunning ocean view. Every interaction with her was a joy—she radiates positivity and made me feel right at home. Carleen is a true asset to the hotel and a shining example of what hospitality should be.
