  Great service great food.

  The best place at Paradise . I had the chicken mole it was good not the mole i’m accustom to which is the sweet and spice dark one but it was different it had more of a red sauce that looked like what we call pipián here in Mexico but i’m aware there is different tupes of Mole. The chicken was stuff with cheese and what seemed to be a green pepper . The surf and turf was spot on the steak was cooked as ordered. I had the Mexican coffee which is a small show of its self ( how they prepare it) The service was great the waiters were very attentive all of them were ready to help. I didn't put a 5 because there is always room for improvement.

  Great service and food

  Miguel was a great host and we highly enjoyed our evening. The food was great, we had steak, mahi mahi fish, and kids meals, and I enjoyed the almond liqueur. The chocolate cake was a splendid finish. ……………..🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾

  Great service, delicious food, and wonderful vibe! They also helped us celebrate a surprise bday celebration for my husband and everyone had a great time! Our server Sebastian was very entertaining and accommodating! Thank you so much! We cant wait to go back!

  Absolutely wonderful

  I love the food and the taste of the food they gave me a hat to eat with and I loved it aswell and I got a beautiful looking shot of coffee and tequila amazing view with our meal as it deserves a 5 star because it was delicious to me and my family to eat here

  8 Days in Paradise... Village, Nuevo Nayarit

  I rarely write reviews, but thought on this occasion it was necessary because of some outstanding service we received . We just stayed at Paradise Village for a week-long getaway, and I can honestly say it exceeded many of our expectations. Our room was spotless and had a stunning view of the ocean. Housekeeping kept everything pristine. In fact, I would go so far as to say that, of the eight different resorts we have stayed at in Mexico, Paradise Village is by far the cleanest of the lot. This applies not just to the room, but to all the pools, restaurants and common areas as well! Well done Paradise Village! The food options were fantastic. The food quality from the Kikil snack bar was excellent. Each restaurant had its own vibe, and we never felt like we were eating the same thing twice. The buffet had nice variety, and the à la carte restaurants offered delicious dishes. Now for the outstanding. At the Kikil pool area, we were taken care of by Juan Carlos, his service was outstanding from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and happy to help. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine hospitality. It's rare that we return to the same resort twice, but if we do, Juan Carlos would be one of the deciding factors. The beach area was clean and quiet, with plenty of loungers. The pool areas were nicely separated to allow one to choose between the busy kids area and the quieter kids welcome, but please not too noisy pool. On the negative side, I would really like to see water coolers in use rather than the single use plastic bottles that are currently used. The main pool area is quite crowded around the water slide and has been outgrown the rest of the resort. The last niggle we have is that the gym is not included in the "All-inclusive" package, this is not in keeping with our experience at other resorts. Overall, Paradise Village delivered almost everything we hoped for in an all-inclusive vacation—relaxation, fun, and luxury. Would 100% recommend and would love to go back again!
