Great couple trip
The resort is beautiful and has so much to offer. We stayed on the adults only side and enjoyed the poolside Bali beds, there are no palapas on the adults only beach as the tide took them out. LEMON FISH and the SAL Steakhouse restaurant were our favourite, the buffet is pretty bland. Nice beach with beautiful sand and hardly any seaweed. Walking distance to Aquaworld and restaurants off the resort.

AMAZING TIME! Loved it and will be back
The resort is beautiful and we had a wonderful time! We were two families of 4 (kids aged 2, 7, 10 and 10). A few highlights: * Lobby is stunning - the integration of greenery, water features, light and use of spaces creates an inviting and beautiful ambience that automatically relaxes you * Food is good - great options - we really liked the Blue Agave Mexican, Outdoor Seafood Restaurant, Breakfast buffet, Lemon Fish and the ice-cream gelato bar * Beach is beautiful - soft sand, lots of good space for kids to play and water clarity/calmness depended on weather (clear on sunny days but rough on rain/windy days). Walking around to the other resorts - our hotel portion is very nice! * Fun kids club! Although the kids club is not big or very modern compared to some other resorts, the ladies who run it do a fantastic job of creating activities and events that the kids absolutely loved! They wanted to go every day and even want to come back for it! * We did not have the upgrade to family/club class but still enjoyed the whole experience and didn’t feel like we missed out! * Great service and special thanks to the following people who made our stay absolutely wonderful! Thank you Gerry for helping book all our meals - that really saved us so much time and made our stay so easy! Thank you to all the Kidsdom team who made the kids want to go back every day - specifically: Irlanda, Alexia, Joanna and Monse. Thank you to Marco, Perla (Nespresso cafe), Michelle, Gerrardo, Manuel and Alejandro for the great service. You all made our stay amazing! * Few areas of improvement although I believe they are renovating very soon so most will be addressed: 1) Rooms are dated but to be honest it didn’t bother us as we were out most of the day. I think this will be upgraded in their upcoming renovations 2) Pools are beautiful but only 1 is heated which makes it hard for young kids to use the other ones. Again I think this will be upgraded in their upcoming renovations 3) Beach chairs are limited so you need to get up early or stay up late at night and put some things to save chairs (ex. Sunblock/book). We didn't mind this as we were up till 11pm anyways and secured them then * For the price and the quality - we really enjoyed this resort experience and would happily do it again!

A little disappointed after 10 years.
We own a unit in this resort and have visited 10 times in the past. We were a bit disappointed this year because of changes we did not know about. There were no pool beds available the first day and we were told we could only get one for the following days but there were 6 of us. That made our first day there very trying. It turned out that we were able to get 3 beds on the following day. The communication was very unclear. We thoroughly enjoyed the remainder of the trip. Another disappointment was that there were no available reservations in the restaurants on the property for any of the days we were there so we had to go off site or eat at the buffet.

Beautiful but needs updating - closing end of May for major renovation
The resort is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the grounds are not very accessible for individuals with mobility issues. Restrooms near the beach require descending and ascending stairs with limited hand rails. We are Circle members so we had a concierge to handle dinner, Bali bed, and other reservations. There are only about 3 Concirge for all members, so they are not always available. As Members we are not interested in upgrading our benefits. Our Concierge kept pressuring us to attend one to find out new benefits. We finally conceded with the promise of a free massage. Presentation was only 40 minutes, but to get the new benefits, we would need to shell out $26k. No thanks. Once we attended, our Concirge became almost invisible. Hopefully, after the renovation they will be hiring more staff. Current staff have no idea what will happen to them when the resort shuts down at the end of May

Cielio’s
Ate at Cielio’s today. Food was great. Had the yogurt with berries and oats, fresh fruit, and the ham and cheese omelette. Also the coffee and green juice. Jorge was exceptional. Phenomenal service by Carlos and Jorge. Everything was 5 star. Loved the food.
