Service is wonderful. We were in The Reserve area. Luis. Lalo and Oscar were the best. The only negative is the extra charges to upgrade food. If you pay for the upgrade it should be included. Hotel needs updating but very clean and well maintained

Jan 21, 20252025 New Year Stay The Reserve Paradisus Cancun
Service and food were good. Only thing that was very below expectation was the New Year party: Party was in the convention center downstair instead of any open air space at the pool area or any other open area in a non cloud and non rain night (events team should have more then one scenario planned). I tried to get a champagne glass before midnight for toast with my family and the waiter tried to give me it in a plastic cup instead a properly champagne glass (he mentioned that the champagne glass was only for the paid dinner guests. This was a very bad answer/training for an all inclusive resort, even that I had The Reserve bracelet). To become even worst, there was no band, only DJ, and after midnight, from 12:15 am until 12:45 am, only local Spanish music was playing in a party that supposed to attend international guests. Very bad music selection! At this time, 12:45 am, the party had less than 30% of the guests, everybody left. Also there wasn’t any fireworks to see at the hotel, some people got out side of the hotel to see some neighborhood fireworks, very bad! I’ve been at The Reserve Paradisus Cancun 3 times before and this last time, was my first New Year stay try, but for New Year uroose, The Reserve Palma Real Punta Cana team event organization/party are much better! Hope you guys can talk with each other to exchange ideas! Regards.

Juan at Aqua marine provided an exceptional dining experience. His recommendations were very helpful and delicious He suggested items for every course Service was well paced and gracious by all of our servers I highly recommend visiting this restaurant

Try Capella restaurant
Wonderful experience so far. We ate at one of the many restaurants there, Capella, an Italian restaurant tonight. Claudio, the waiter, was exceptional. And the food was wonderfully filling. Highly suggest eating there. Atmosphere was very nice, as well.

Great hotel overall, beautiful view, clean amenities and proper beach installations, good food and lots of choices. Family friendly even tho it lacks some kids zones. Cancun is more like an American style city, local mexican culture not so much; watch out for prices specially when paying in USD, you better paying in pesos.
