Jan 20, 2025Enjoyed the beach!
This adults only resort is located in a great area, about halfway between San Jose del cabo and Los Cabos . We chose this resort mainly because we wanted a swimmable beach, and those are very few in Cabo . The good stuff, food is above average, loved the Asian restaurant the most , breakfast buffet is great, no lineups at egg station, great variety. The only sit down is for the Reserve category of rooms. The negative is if you like to eat dinner 7:00-7:30 usually a little wait, they only make reservations for the Reserve group . The waiters also seemed a little run off their feet as most resorts have 2 people waiting on a table , here only 1. The resort was only half capacity, waits would be long if it was full . They also rotate shutting restaurants each night. Pool service was really good , beach service was very hit and miss . Sometimes very quick, other times wouldn’t see anyone . Not many chairs at the beach , only about 10 and 3 were ripped. The rest were beach type of beds for 2 people which I’m not a fan of as they can’t be moved to lay in direct sun. Not much night time entertainment at all. Rooms are a little tired and bathroom quite small. Be careful on booking swimout rooms as the ones on pool side won’t get you hardly any sun in afternoon . The Reserve area is very nice (we didn’t stay there) has there own HEATED pool as the main one is not and own sit down breakfast area . Would I come here again, probably not as Cabo as so many beautiful resorts, the swimmable beach would be the only reasons. Also is you need to go somewhere , use your UBER app as taxis are twice the amount at least . Pickup right in front of resort.

Stayed at The Reserve at Paradisus for our 20th anniversary in a swim out room. Anything we needed taken care of (clogged sink) was resolved quickly. Really enjoyed the restaurants Sante, Tokimeku, and Agua Marina as well Ginger Bar, the Reserve Lounge Bar and Coffee Corner. Service all around was amazing. Special shout outs to Manuel at Sante, Arim for Reserve pool service, Adrianna for pool cabana service, Carlos for beach cabana set up, Francisco for beach cabana service and Servando on security. They all were all like friends we had known for years. They endeared us to Cabo and the Paradisus. The resort has a small swimmable beach and we were lucky enough to see tons of whale activity, including breaching whales.

Fun in the Mexican Sun
Beautiful views. Concerns were addressed and corrected immediately. Mexican vacation with lots to do. Beautiful swim up bar with drinks made by professional bartenders. Servers who spoiled us as we relaxed out of the pool in reserved Cabana where a midafternoon nap became a daily habit. Our personal Concierge made sure our daily dinner reservations were made to ensure we didn't have to worry about anything.

Special All-Inclusive Experience
Beautiful resort, excellent restaurants—they didn’t feel like all-inclusive meals. As vacation club members, we felt like our experience was special—thank you, Valeria. Every employee is focused on you having a great experience. It began with our concierge, Juventino, and continued with our daily routine at the beautiful beach, where Carlos and Francisco were both wonderful. The Reserve Lounge was an ideal location to relax after sunset. The grounds are spotless as are the rooms. We look forward to returning. One complaint: we wish we could access the tennis courts at the Hilton next door.

Great Resort
Beautiful resort! Would highly recommend this resort. The service and food was excellent! Thank you to Servando in security, he made me feel very safe and he was a great brand ambassador for the hotel! We booked the reserve package and had Christina as our personal concierge, she was most helpful with everything we needed and was very prompt to respond to all of our needs!
