Location is beautiful but that’s the only positive. They sell you discounted tickets however you must attend a timeshare presentation which they call a vacation club. They serve raw chicken, hair in the food, and found baby cockroaches in our room. Not a place we’ll stay in ever again.

Amazing bartender, Jorge is the best, Jorge isn’t just a bartender—he’s the soul of the bar. With a smile that makes you feel like you’ve known him forever, he mixes drinks with an effortless grace that turns cocktail-making into an art form. His memory is uncanny; he’ll remember your favorite drink after one visit, and probably your story too. Jorge doesn’t just serve drinks, he creates experiences. Whether it’s a perfectly balanced old fashioned or a custom creation just for you, his attention to detail is unmatched. What really makes Jorge the best, though, is how he makes everyone feel at home. He listens, he laughs, and somehow, he always knows just what to say to turn your night around. He’s the kind of bartender who can calm a tense moment, hype up a celebration, or spark the best conversation you’ve had all week. Regulars come back for him, not just the drinks, and newcomers quickly realize they’ve stumbled onto something special. Amazing hotel 10/10
Juan carlos was very friendly and helpful he made us feel very comfortable during out stay with pepole like carlos wed be encouraged to do trips again. Hotel was amazing i recommend it amazing food and comfortable bedrooms and i loved the view

Very poorly maintained resort with rude staff member toward no Spanish speaking guests. They mix club soda with fountain drinks to reduce cost. Food and drinks are horrible. Pay a little more and avoid this resort
