    Not worth the price

    A lot of hidden fees. $55 per day valet parking. No self parking. $55 per day resort fee. 22% gratuity/service fee automatically added to food and beverage. Room was not ready at 4pm checkin and manager acted like it was no big deal until I complained with staff. Pool is small and not enough chairs for guests. General appearance of property unkept. Bar staff very polite. Hotel is not worth the price paid.

    Easy peasy!

    Dante & everyone were great! we did not know how to reserve the chairs, but they informed us that it was not needed, and they would set us up with no problem! Set up was quick & comfortable…Excellent service!!! Food was great the drinks were awesome…Addressed all of our needs…& we will definitely be here again.

    They are the best!

    Donte and Jean were amazing and helped us get set up with chairs and an umbrella at the beach! We are so appreciative the kindness and hospitality. We had just gotten off our cruise and our flight wasn’t leaving for many hours so this was so super helpful to have a place to relax and put our luggage while we waited

    Charming hotel right on the beach

    The Pelican Grand is located right behind the beach, no street in between. It is a stylish hotel with charme. The ressort fee civers the beachchairs and beach towrls plus umbrella. Our oceanfront suite was spacious and had a balcona with superb view over the beach and ocean. We were missing a kitchenette and a room rate including breakfast. The parking ( valet) is expensive and costs over 50$ per night. In total we liked the hotel and its atmosphere very much. We relaxed nicely and plan to return.

    Guest service is A+

    Two King Ocean Side Suites are the best rooms. Easiest ever access to the beach and amazing pool with a lazy river. No need to go anywhere else once you're settled. We door dashed grocery's to have snacks around once we got here. I cannot say enough about the guest services at this place, especially Frank at the beach - the man deserves to be promoted. Robert at the bell hop was exceptional as well.
