we enjoyed joking around with lk and showing us how to put the tails on the chair he is a kind and funny person with great costumer service we love to see such great service because it is verry important he’s such a joy and you can tell and we loved having him today

Great Experience, Great Hotel
Great place. Everyone there was so nice, rooms clean, staff want to be helpful. Right on the beach. Special thanks to YORLYS at the front desk who was so helpful, we stayed because she was able to arrange a great room even during a very busy season.

Nice to be right on the beach, but overpriced. Pros: beach chairs, umbrellas, tables, small heated and lazy river. On-site restaurant, bar and ice cream. Cons: The paint was peeling, the laminate floors were bowing, the toilet broke, the patio door was busted. Just overall was a disappointment for what we were expecting for the price.

First-Time Reviewer – This Place Needs Attention
I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review before, but this hotel deserves one. As an avid traveler, I’ve seen my fair share of properties, and unfortunately, this one falls short in several areas. The hotel itself is in serious need of renovation—rooms are outdated and tired the occasional bug crawling. However, the location is unbeatable, and the beach is truly fabulous, a highlight of the stay. That said, be prepared to pay steep prices: $13 USD for a virgin daiquiri, plus a 22% service charge. Beach service is particularly disappointing—slow and inattentive, 1 server for entire beach. On a positive note, the valet service is excellent and runs like clockwork, but for $55 per day with no self parking, you can expect that. This hotel is four seasons prices without anything you get at one. The front desk lacks friendliness, and their idea of a late check-out is an extra 30 minutes—not exactly accommodating. This property has potential, but it feels like it’s crying out for fresh management to bring it back to life. If new management takes over I’d consider a return. There’s other places.

We came for my husband's work trip. Our room was not ready we ended up having to wait till 4:30 to get into our room. Hotel is nice a little dirty for what they charge. Staff was great! Frank helped me on the beach and did a fantastic job!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
