    Awesome!😎

    The suite we had was very beautifully decorated and clean . The service was friendly and expeditious. We asked for extra towels and robes and they were very accommodating. I generally have no complaints. My husband and I will be back

    Beautiful resort, nice staff, but lacking in the simple amenities one would expect

    I have been to the Pelican Grand several times over the years, The resort is so beautiful , staff very friendly and food is great . My only problem was the pool area on this trip .The first day I had to wait 2 hours before they could seat me.Besides not having enough chaise lounges for the guests , I could not believe they ran out of towels for the pool guests two days in a row . Staff was very nice but said this happens regularly even when it is not that crowded . The days that I went were not crowded . It wasn't like you wait like 20 minutes , no towels at all.There is a 52.00 dollar resort fee which includes chairs and towels .I know this might sound a little petty but every one around me was complaining too. I am sure this is an easy fix ,so hopefully will be back without having to beg for towels .

    Our stay was nice and the service was good. However it was a bit too expensive for what you get and the cleanliness needs improvement. They need to do a better job in the bathrooms because the grout has built up dirt. There are areas in the property where you can see they don’t take care of.

    The lazy river is so amazing to me sit back and let all your stress melt away food excellent. Sunrise lovely and peaceful very clean help sweet wanted massage no one called
