PARADISE!
Travis Beaston has been so helpful and professional with planning two trips with Elite Island Resorts! A few years ago for my daughter’s graduation present we went to St. James Club and loved it so much so when she recently turned 25 she wanted nothing more than to go back to Antigua! This time we went to the beautiful Pineapple Beach Resort! The beaches are Stunning and the seaweed is cleaned every morning! The resort is completely renovated and with four restaurants to choose from every meal was delicious! I had an amazing massage at the Spa while my daughter joined a jewelry making class. We played pickleball on the brand new courts, snorkeled, took morning rides on their catamarans but Mostly enjoyed the incredible beach and beautiful pools! The parties at night with live music and DJs was a blast and made for creating new friendships with the guests and staff! We unplugged! Everything about our vacation was just pure FUN! We ❤️ Antigua Thank you Travis! We will be in touch soon to book our next trip with Elite Island Resorts!

Pineapple Beach Club
First time at an all-inclusive. Pros: Antonette, Gabrielle, and Daphne at the front desk are outstanding. Food is good and plenty of it. Room (beach front) was nice and the location on Long Bay is outstanding. Pools are beautiful. Fitness center is more than adequate for vacation workouts. Coffee shop is outstanding and open from 6:30am to 11pm! Cons: Restaurant reservation system is frustrating as you can only book 48 hours in advance. Not 24 or 72 hours, specifically 48 hours. Also be sure to show up at guest services first thing at 8:30am as the line gets really long. Guests start putting towels down on beach chairs at 6am, so get there early too! The worst part of Pineapple Beach Club, and this will be minor for most, is the gift shop. I suggest avoiding this place completely. Some of the merchandise is nice but the women who work there should think about finding other jobs. Their attitude, attention and customer service is a 0 on a scale of 5. Sad really as the engagement with them dropped my overall rating from a 5 to a 4. All is all, we would consider returning to this resort in the future.

Long Bay Vendors and Pineapple Beach Club
Stayed at Pineapple beach club which was wonderful! Beautiful island resort with a laid back vibe which is what we were looking for.I do want to mention, before you buy anything from the on site souvenir shop , please walk down to the end of the beach where all the colorful huts are. There you will find the Long Bay local vendors with beautiful clothing , jewelry , suntan lotion ,hats and many other wonderful finds! Of course the resort does not mention these hard working people but please go there first. You will not be disappointed and the prices are much cheaper! These wonderful people deserve your business. The Hotel makes enough money!

Mostly good
My wife and I came here and was very surprised. So the rooms are rough and need to be updated, But nice at the same time, But nice views. There is a lot of walking up and down steps. My wife and I both fell and slipped on the steps. Most of the staff are very nice. The beach, ocean and the pools are real nice. They do lack a variety of food. And they run out of foods during eating times. Drinks were good.

Splendid March break in the sunshine
Had a very enjoyable couple of weeks here mid March, with temperatures a comfortable 28 degrees C during the day, regular warm breeze and only a few sharp showers that rarely lasted more than five minutes. All staff are friendly, welcome you with a smile and are helpful. Being British, regular tipping is not for us, unlike some other guests, but we didn’t find the staff treated us any differently. Food everywhere is good, with a freshly cooked omelette a lovely way to start the day at the open air buffet looking out at the sea and beautiful long beach. Queuing to book 48 hours ahead for the Grill and Italian is a pain. For us the Grill was a much more pleasurable experience as we found the Italian lacking in character - it’s too noisy (needs soft furnishings to deaden the sound) and the lighting is too bright. The staff go to enormous lengths to set up for the weekly White Night in the gardens, and Beach Party meals which are a lovely addition. A real treat was playing Pickleball early every morning on one of the six new outside courts with fellow guests. Coaching is provided a couple of times a week, which we will take advantage of next time. Taking a Hobie Cat out is also a lot of fun, but unfortunately wasn’t available every day due to rough seas. Other activities including pool aerobics are also available. We took advantage of the day pass to visit the Verandah sister hotel. We found it very spread out, much noisier (music everywhere) and smaller beaches, so were pleased to have chosen Pineapple. Will be back!
