Best experience of my life, what a VIBE. 😀 shout out too all the employees there. Their all extremely friendly. Exceptionally our butler's EDWAR & ANGEL. Every time I was lost or confused, they we're just a text away. Anything I needed. They we're quick to respond. Thanks to both VICTOR'S our building 12 care taker. We loved your help and services. We also loved your smiles and greeting's every time we came in or out of the building. Most of all thank you Planet Hollywood 🙏 ❤️ ♥️ 💛 shout out to Juan at Prime members 😀 ❤️ and the lovely manger. We had a wonderful breakfast with you. Can't forget our check in guy. I'm sorry i forgot your name. It was the first day... I will never forget what you did for us.... truly you made our vacation, a dream come true, you also brought happy tear's to my eyes. Gracias mis amigos...Mr.Cooper....

Better than expected
After reading many mixed reviews I was a bit hesitant to go here but I can say with out a doubt we had an amazing time. I went with 2 other couples and we have no complaints. We were adult side star class. We arrived on a Sunday at 6pm. We had an amazing butler Edwar. He was able to get us a reservation that's day! He also made us a reservation for every night we were there. We got to try every restaurant except 6 sence. The beach was beautiful and the pools were fun. If you want a more quite day go to the pool with our the foam party. I have been to Bahamas, Cuba, Dominican. We were sceptical to book in Mexico because of the bad press but after going I would say Mexico is my favorite. Food is amazing and people are so friendly. Don't hesitate to book here.

We stayed at planet Hollywood for 8 days in January. Edward and Angel were great butlers! We really appreciated them and all they did to make our room special! Hotel rooms were very nice and the beach was great perfect time for little to no seaweed. We really enjoyed our bartenders at the scene! Heated pool was a plus! Hard to get reservations at restaraunts. Dowload phone app before going!

Lovely Stay
The resort is a nice size and the Star Class Butlers Mafer and Juan were absolutely amazing! No need to run to the front desk, just text them and like magic it’s done. ☺️ Our bathroom door did get stuck though. Recommend that the property make sure to do maintenance checks between guests.

if you're looking for a fun and safe place to vacation in cancun, Planet Hollywood is a definite go to.
super friendly staff, service is impeccable. everyone is friendly and willing to help. food is great and always available. restrooms everywhere, and clean. and Clarissa from the gym even helped me with my workout, allowing my biceps to grow bigger. Go see her for all your gym needs 💪. Even have professional photographers on site, go see Jessica for that, she's extremely professional and passionate. the braza restaurant and Gusto had by far the best service. At the Braza ask for Gabriel and Manuel they work as a duo and incredibly competent. At gusto ask for Davide Christian, extremely sympathetic guy who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. resort has plenty of activities to do and so big that you never feel crowded. pools are great they have adult side and kid side, however I haven't been to them because I don't come down south to stay at a pool... we have those back home. Come enjoy a mezcal by the beach instead. and a 24 hour clinic on site, amongst other things. Definitely will be back just for the fact that the service is so good.
