I had an incredible stay at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica! The resort is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully maintained grounds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure every moment of our vacation was perfect. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. The dining options were diverse and delicious, offering something for everyone. We also booked excursions through the Destination Services desk, and the experience was fantastic. The staff there were helpful and knowledgeable, recommending the perfect tours for us. This resort is a true paradise, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for a luxurious and relaxing getaway!

About 20 minutes from the airport, really big hotel with steep hills, but golf carts come and pick you up to take you around the property. Food is good, loved the coffee shop, and my favorites were the blue star Tex mex, and the hibachi restaurant. Customer service was excellent and the spa was worth every penny. There’s ladies giving massages on the beach, not affiliated with the hotel, and they are a good choice as well if you are on a budget.

Great Service
The service that Dylan provided was perfect. He was very on top of everything and did his best to provide us with a great dinner experience. The food was ok. Nothing great but it was decent. The desert was the best part of the meal. Drinks were very good

We upgraded to Star Class and were surprised that we could only get top shelf liquors in 2 bars and although we wore the purple bracelet indicating that we have the top shelf package we had to ask for top shelf liquors every time! Why wear the bracelet if you need to ask each time?! Also, bar staff were less than happy when we asked. Concierge was rarely available. Excursions are very expensive. Food was average. We ate local several times and were very happy with food and service. It’s probably better to rent and go a la carte than to prepay and not get the service or quality. We would give the 3.5 stars not 5

Alexa was very fun I was solo she made me have fun she is welcoming she did karokee w/me & even danced w/me she is my amiga she was the best I highly recommend her she is the best you won't be disappointed she is amazing and fun and not scared to let you out of your comfort zone
