Great experience overall in the buffet area , Wendy , Freddy , Tamara and front desk person that greets were all excellent . Traveled with 4 fam members small children ! Definitely coming back ! I everyone super polite , reccomended to families ! Felt very safe !

Wonderful vacation!
We enjoyed our time in Costa Rica including the week we spent at the end of our holiday at PH. It is a beautiful, peaceful, & serene setting with all the amenities. We walked for miles on the beach and spent hours by the pool. The activity staff (Hass, Gaelle, Hedder, ++) were all amazing PH ambassadors! Gaelle’s yoga classes are amazing! The food was good - (the buffet seating area was a little warm and needs better ventilation.) All in all we 100% recommend PH!

Excellent service and great hospitality
I love the buffet style restaurant. The service is excellent. They're very attentive to your needs. Tamara and Steven are the best! They're not the only one's that will get five stars. It's a ton of great servers here. I'll return with more!!!

Birthday celebration
Cristian, Joel & Luis helped my birthday celebration a very memorable occasion, along with great food in the Gusto Italian restaurant. The food courses were served timely, with space between enough to digest & savour. The water & wine was kept topped up so it appeared that you never ran out.

Great place for lots of different foods.
Awesome food, and the staff is excellent. Freddy and Wendy were always very friendly and helpful. Each night had a different theme/country for the food. Especially loved the horchata that one of the awesome ladies made just for us one night.
