Hospitable Staff and Beautiful Property!
Was here for a luncheon and decided to work in the conference lobby area (by the escalator) and staff members walking by us offered us the wifi password and even took pictures of us when we attempted to take selfies. We didn't stay in the rooms but if the room was anything like the conference area and the service we received during the luncheon I can only imagine how immaculate the rooms are.

Spring Break Staycation
We love Prince Waikiki and always choose to stay here on our staycations. However, the cleanliness of the room wasn't on par this visit. There were pieces of long hair on one of the robes and the dresser's counter. A few black things in the bathroom sink. Mold on the bottom of the tub drain and around the circular silver part of the bathtub. The toilet system (bidet) did not work so we couldn't enjoy that. That said, the hotel itself is always clean and we tried the sushi restaurant on the bottom floor instead of the buffet.

Valet Service Awesome!
Overall service was great, except housekeeping could be improved a great deal. They kept forgetting a lot of things in our room including cleaning it. Valet service is excellent, they are always on point, efficient and prompt! Check-in area was speedy and efficient, explained everything and was completely satisfied.

It was ok but underwhelming. Some highlights in comments.
It's a dated hotel, no arrival attention, not offered any upgrades, fridge broke during stay (and was promptly replaced), room not the best in the category (view was nice), clean, but overall underwhelming. Security deposit charged on arrival (strange), not just credit card for incidentals. Very good location if you are looking for quiet and yet close to everything. Lots of walking opportunities around, which we enjoyed. The coffee shop inside the hotel (Honolulu coffee) is very good (acai bowls, coffee, a small selection of pastries, breakfast sandwiches), and the sushi restaurant is definitely worth visiting, don't miss it :)!

The hotel is awesome
The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Ala Moana Center. The room offers fantastic views, with a delightful sea view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The guest room is fully equipped, featuring amenities such as a kettle and slippers, and it is cleaned daily. The sushi at the hotel’s Japanese restaurant is incredibly delicious.
