Great getaway
A very relaxing resort with very helpful and friendly staff. Jesus Ortez was very helpful with any questions we had. Very laid back and was just what we needed. I would recommend this resort for anyone who needs a great getaway. The weather in November has been perfect.

Two weeks of Paradise
Another fantastic visit to PBEB. Weather was beautiful, warm in the evening and hot at the pool. Crowds fluctuated on weekends due to weddings on site. The last few years I’ve complained about the hard, antiquated beds. This year, before arrival I asked our concierge, Erick and the Elite Staff to request housekeeping to put a feather mattress cover on one bed. But I needn’t have because there were NEW comfortable beds and we very much appreciated that! The Elite Staff was fabulous and attentive which made our stay so wonderful. Melissa made reservations, checked in with us daily, helped us with money exchange and worked very hard. David is so friendly and congenial when he checks in and he did a great job also. Israel and Remi were the drivers and we appreciated them as well. We spent the majority of the time at the pool. Our favorite waiters, Humberto, Julio, and Jose-Luis took care of all food and beverage service we could ever need. They work very hard to make it pleasant at the pool. We missed Evelyn as Activities Director as she was at the other sort our second week. The facility still needs some upkeep, especially the pool bathrooms, but the restaurants were lovely. Food was excellent!

Best staff if the world!
The staff here is the best in the world. Reception manager Jesus is responsive and there to please. All other staff from porters, wait staff and housekeeping are genuinely kind, positive and accommodating. The Sunday brunch at La Cordeliere is fantastic. The manager Gilberto Deras is awesome paying attention to every detail. Thank you Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay.

Beautiful Resort - Relaxing Vibe
The grounds are lush and well-maintained. Junior suite was spacious and clean. Beach does not look like website pic. It’s very rocky - ok for walks but not for playing in the water. Felipe at the Bistro pool was always smiling and providing great service. Enjoyed breakfasts at La Cordeliere and requested Carlos, because of his attention to detail, happy attitude and 5 star service! The spa is lovely and recommend Denise for a massage. Early November gave us sunny days in the low 80s with a predominantly older crowd, which gave us a low-key relaxing atmosphere.

Pool guy Julio Vargas is the BEST!
Our pool guy Julio Vargas was the best! He was very personable, attentive, carried on good conversations with us and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you Julio! We will be bringing our family back in February and will make it a point to sit in your section.
