Martin is awesome! Very attentive! He goes above and beyond for us. This is our second year back and he was just as amazing as the first year. Martin is very kind and makes you feel at home. He never hesitates to find what you need and always greets us with a smile. We love Martin!

Martin is amazing
Martin was so awesome!! Super friendly and kind. Always on top of our needs. Sweet and kind. It was so nice to stay at a place where the workers truly live what they do and are there to make you happy and enjoy your stay!! I would highly recommend staying here and Martin will help make your stay amazing!!

Jan 08, 2025Clean. Quiet. Good food. Beautiful place. But….
I chose this location for my wife and I, and five other couples. I did my homework on Trip Advisor, Expedia, and more. If you want extremely quiet, secluded, good food and service, I recommend it. Incredibly clean and serene. It was a good experience but we won’t go back. Just some thoughts on why. First off, it is all inclusive, but they constantly scanned your wrist bands to get you to tip this, tip that. Hassle and frustrating. The sister hotels are a hassle to get to, and not as nice. The Sunset is like an amusement park with people everywhere, crazy shuttles to get you up and down the mountain, bad food and service outside of the top restaurants, etc. You are allowed to use the other properties restaurants, BUT THE GOOD ONES have an up charge and limited availability. If you want to swim on the beach, you can’t go here. Beautiful but incredibly dangerous. We had a nice stay, but it is pricey for the value, could offer more things to do(there is nothing to do unless you want serenity).

DJ Antonio
If you’re looking for a DJ who knows how to keep the energy high and the vibe just right, Antonio is your guy! We had the pleasure of experiencing his talent during several of our stays at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, and he absolutely made each time there unforgettable. Antonio had the crowd moving, effortlessly blending a mix of genres that kept everyone engaged and dancing all night long. His professionalism and energy is unmatched, and he was so in tune with the crowd, adjusting the music perfectly to suit the mood. Whether it was chill tunes for a relaxing evening or high-energy tracks to get the party started, Antonio nailed it every single time. What really stood out was how he made everyone feel included and part of the experience. He interacted with the guests, played requests, and created a fun, welcoming atmosphere that added a special touch to the resort’s entertainment. Antonio is truly an exceptional DJ, and we can’t wait come back. If you’re staying at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, look for Antonio and give him your favorite request!

Outstanding service, food and overall beauty and evening dancing with Antonio's music!!
Our children and friends tend to go often and wanted to share the experience with my husband and I. The warm reception set the tone as the resort is set in beautifully manicured surroundings. The staff were kind and helpful, making sure that are needs were cared for. The staff around pool area were outstanding, making sure the area remained tidy and clean. They brought food and drinks as needed and patiently made their rounds around the pool to care for guests. The breakfasts were delicious and they had such a variety of fresh fruits, soups, sushi, omelettes, meats, potatoes as well as hot and cold drinks. My favorite was the french toast that were so fresh and tasty! All the areas around the food were always clean! I had a relaxing massage, along with the sauna, and hot and cold pools. Evening meals at the different restaurants were so beautifully presented and wonderfully delicious!! My favorite was the Asian food close to the pool...such a mixture of flavors and so delicious!!!!! To top of the evenings, Antonio played such great music to dance to so that I was able to release all the energy I had left before going to our room! He played just the right music and kept us all on the dance floor! Thank you Antonio...our family!!! Thank you for the relaxing vacation!!!
