My spouse and I had a relaxing stay at beautiful Pacifica. Can't beat the sunrises and sunsets there. We enjoyed the food at all the restaurants and especially the service provided by Florinda, Ana, Alexia and Oscar. They work as a team and really took care of us. Mil gracias.

60th Birthday Celebration was absolutely perfect!
Butlers Alberto and Hannia handled all the details for us and checked on us daily. We had the most incredible service at the pool each day. Manuel, Luis, and Gonzalo kept our drinks full all day. We had amazing service in the VIP lounge each morning from Isaias and Miriam.

Beautiful!
The resort was Amazing! Our butlers, Dulce and Gabriel were so attentive and great! Martin at the pool was outstanding, very attentive, he remembered us daily and provided excellent service! we couldn’t have asked for better staff! The entire resort was great!

I got married and it was perfect!
We had the pleasure of working with Ximena as our wedding coordinator, and we can't sing her praises enough. Ximena's thoughtful approach and attention to detail truly made our special day uniquely ours. From the moment we started planning, she took the time to understand our vision and made sure every aspect of the day reflected who we are as a couple. Not only did Ximena personalize every detail of the wedding to us, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that our guests had an amazing experience. Thanks to Ximena's expertise and organization, the day ran so smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Her professionalism and dedication were truly exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator.

Breakfast with the best!
Florinda, Ana, Oscar and Jorge at the Pacifica made dining each morning so enjoyable. The attentiveness and genuine care was unwavering. Thank you all for making my birthday weekend a beautiful and memory filled one! We will be back soon! :)
