    Unforgettable Service That Made My Stay Magical

    I had an incredible experience with my concierge Sakini Numata at the Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas. Sakini went above and beyond to anticipate everyone’s needs. Every conversation we had seemed to be carefully remembered, and at just the right moment, he would make the perfect recommendation. He truly has a servant’s heart, consistently checking in on us to make sure we had what we needed and provide assistance. He helped us navigate dinner reservations, he provided a warm greeting in the mornings, periodically checked on the family for and after excursions he'd circle back to see if everything went ok. He made sure every detail was handled perfectly. He knew members of the family had experienced being sea sick so when I told him we were thinking of booking a cruise, he recommended the perfect vendor, handled the reservations and as a special touch, he let the band on board know it was my birthday—they even serenaded me at sea! No matter how many clients he had, I always felt like a priority. His dedication to exceptional service is unmatched, and I believe it’s because he doesn’t see this as just a job. He genuinely cares and wants guests to have an amazing experience. It's always hard to say goodbye because Sakini makes you feel like family. I had an amazing birthday. Thank you for everything!

    Sky pool!

    Alfonso provided outstanding service at the sky pool! The tacos and the margaritas were flowing! He was attentive, professional, and ensured every detail was perfect. His warm demeanor, dedication, and genuine care made our experience truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

    Can’t beat pool 26 for good food, fun and cocktails!

    We are here for two weeks and have been having a wonderful vacation. Oscar, the shuttle driver, is an exceptional employee. We love our time at Pool 26 with Omar, Carlos and the gang. The weather here is perfect and the pickleball is so much fun and competitive.

    Thank you Daniella for allowing our family to be together at the resort. This was a huge blessing to us as we needed our rooms close to each other. You were so kind to us. We highly recommend you! The resort was beautiful and clean. The views are stunning
