    Great staff! Especially Elias.

    The staff was great and extremely friendly. Especially Elias who took care of our family throughout our stay. There are plenty of things to do around the property and a very convenient system of golf carts to help you move around. Will definitely come back for another family trip.

    Reconsider your reservations here

    Five star rating is a joke! No hot water for days and no one seems to care. Needs lots of repairs and upgrades. Staff is great but not enough of them. Lots of decline from when we were here a year ago. Very disappointing. You may want to reconsider staying here.

    Lovely View and Room. No Bed Guarantees

    We stayed in room 2761 for our visit. We booked a super executive room, but we’re disappointed to find out that we could not get a king bed but instead had to settle for two queen beds. They offered to push the two queen beds together for us, but that made for a really unusual sleeping situation. The beds are hard as somebody mentioned earlier and we didn’t ask for a foam topper, but I’m sure they would’ve brought one. We did ask for more pillows and were accommodated with those. we also enjoyed the hot tub, but it had a hard time keeping up with the heat and was constantly losing water. They are very old. They’re about 10 years old and so they’re definitely showing signs of age. The food is wonderful here we ate at the Asian the Japanese, the Quivira steakhouse, the restaurants, the bistro, and all the other places we only didn’t like La Nao but everything else was wonderful. We also enjoyed getting ice cream at the market and tried to grab food and bring back to our room, but they don’t allow you to bring back food to your room even if you have the all-inclusive which was kind of weird. The staff is super friendly the front desk staff could use a little More smiles. They were the only ones that were not the most pleasant to deal with other than that, we had a wonderful trip. I played golf at Quivira and it’s amazing course as everyone has said.

    Awesome service! Parliett was awesome. Always ready to serve. Attentive and anticipated our needs! Besutiful experience! We enjoyed all the activities. Variety if pools. From quiet to full of activites. Views amazing. Service aesome st sll pools!

    vacation

    Parliett was an amazing waiter who brought our food and drinks very quickly. I recommend playing ping pong and visiting the beach. The pools are also amazing and the perfect temperature. Specifically, the sky pool is amazing. Thank you Parliett and i hope you do well in life!
