Angel at the pool was nothing but AMAZING! He was so fast and remembered our names and previous orders. We enjoyed our time with him and look forward to seeing him this week. We will always try to sit in his section. He has great customer service! Thank you Angel!

La Choya …. Amazing taco experience in Cabo
What a fabulous dining experience!! So delicious! The service was great and Eliot was the best! The flavors were so authentic and the margaritas were so tasty. Give it a try. You will love this experience! The shrimp tacos and the tuna tacos were so unique and delicious!!

Nov 20, 2024Bad Experience for Long Time Owner
I went to this resort (I am an owner) 11/10-11/17/24. I have enjoyed this resort since 2011. I have never posted a bad review. Now I have to. On arrival I was offered rooms on the bottom floor near the lower edge of the property. I declined as I have been able to do in the past. I was given a room in building 21, room 2166. The room was musty smelling, the A/C wasn’t working the safe had to be replaced(requiring me to be present at least an hour next day-unknown when and the couch had bad white stains. I asked to be moved after requesting to talk to a manager. I was moved to building 22. The room was better but the view decreased. The water pipes whined when water was on or off. I was told a higher manager, Moises, would contact me to discuss compensation. That never happened. The resort catered to wedding events and people attending ( multiple ones everyday). Carts were hard to get at times. Parts of pools were closed all week. The cart drivers were good, restaurant service and pool service was good. Management was not. Considering not going again.

A great place to relax and recharge in beautiful setting!
We love coming to this resort! After coming twice a year for many years we’ve developed a great relationship with many of the employees! They treat us like family and take care of any need we have ever had! Keep up the great work! A big shout out to Roberto Castro for keeping our glasses full at the main pool! Thank you my friend!

BEST VACATION in CABO!
BEST vacation EVER! We go to this resort yearly but took 2 couples this time we had great service beginning with Kiabhet our butler at the Monticristo!!!She was so amazing and helpful from arranging reservations to taxis and whatever we needed!!! We went to many on site restaurants and as alaways great service—Albert for our luggage, Ignacio in the Bistro, also Jorge and Gibran! Cibola waiters were excellent- Felix, Alfonso and Julian who made amazing guacamole!! Yesenia, the hostess is such a wonderful addition to the staff and needs to be utilized in a bigger position!!! We went to the beach and loved Jorge at the beach and Michael, Gilberto, Demetria, and Alfredo at Cilantros!!!! We had a few issues like cold eggs at breakfast but they were gracious in fixing the issues!!!The turtle release was an amazing sight!!! Our friends really enjoyed the visit except for the poor wine in the premium all inclusive!!!! Also golf at Quivira was a special adventure despite being difficult to book!!!!They truly enjoyed the course and food!!
