Feb 20, 2025Falling apart, avoid
The location is on point and the beach is beautiful. The guy at Neptune was very friendly and helpful in getting us sun loungers and towels. He always had a smile on his face. Most of the staff were kind except one lady at reception with long curly hair, talks at speed and dismissive. It’s shocking how this is a Radisson hotel, the whole building is falling apart. The AC very loud, shower was trickling and took ages to wash. Pipes and toilet button leaking. Beds were comfy and water supplied daily.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the staff were welcoming and the price reasonable, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. First, the positives: The location is great, especially if you’re looking for a quiet getaway, though you’ll definitely need a car as there isn’t much nearby. The beach towels were good quality, and the air conditioning was certainly powerful—if anything, it felt like a fridge & very noisy Now, the downsides. The hotel is absolutely falling apart. There’s no way it was refurbished in 2013 as advertised—everything feels old, worn-out, and in need of serious attention. The electrical sockets were overloaded, which didn’t feel particularly safe. And while the room price was reasonable, breakfast was massively overpriced for what was offered. I’m honestly surprised Radisson put their name on this place. It has potential, but until they invest in proper maintenance and updates, I wouldn’t stay again.

I was very hesitant to stay here after reading the reviews. But this is a typical case of you get what you pay for, I’m not disappointed when I take a big picture view of what we get for the price, Service is what I expected, staff are very nice, food is good, My sense is that the people who are disappointed want a 5 star experience, that costs more. Sorry folks. Been there, done that. My message to all the lovely folks who make the day a little better is thanks,

Avoid . Dreadful .
How Radisson can allow their name to be associated with this property is unbelievable. The actual building is crumbling. Avoid avoid avoid Dreadful value for money . Average staff. Average food . Average location. Dreadfully overpriced for the quality

Not happy for the price , charged an extra 90 a day
The building is falling apart . Worst wifi ever , Cuba has better wifi, could even check in to my flight , even business center guy couldn’t get theirs to work. Someone’s hair in our shower on arrival , door falling apart , actually the building does not look safe. Staff do their best considering terrible conditions. Even the chairs they sit on at greeting desk are taped to hold together. Never again , fix your building radisson it’s a real …. Hole
