Amazing staff and Beach
Hotel needs updating but it’s clean and the staff are lovely, always smiling and always there to help. Gizelle front desk is lovely ,as are her co workers (sorry can’t remember their names ) but all of them are lovely. Restaurant manageress and and Selwynn are so lovely , had a soft spot for Selwynn( reminded me of my dad) so lovely, the beach Pebbles beach right on your doorstep, best beach, you can watch the horses in the sea every morning ( beautiful ). Some of the horse owners let u go in the sea with the horses for a small fee, honestly if u want a basic clean hotel with lovely staff and a beautiful beach go to Raddison . The buffet breakfast on a weekend is really nice and the made to order during the week is also good. Pablo (manager ) of cleaning & maintenance is so nice and helpful, never to much trouble if u went to him with a problem, sorted right away, I usually stay 5* all inclusive hotels all over the world, and was a bit apprehensive about staying here but I’m so so glad I did . Thank you to everyone for making my family and I stay so lovely ( was there for my sisters 50th) Will definitely be back

Total Disappointment
The rooms are dated; no blackout curtains, rusty and broken lamps. nobody to help- with the beach lounges; guests needed to help themselves to a pile of lounges and drag them in the sand. Beach towels with bleach stains. The bar full of fruit flies and very disgusting odor. Will never stay here again.

Perfect location , friendly staff
We are just back from 2 weeks at this hotel, we stayed on a room only basis . The staff are welcoming , helpful and caring. The location is perfect , beautiful beach , crystal clear sea, and buses nearby to go sightseeing . The rooms are clean and comfortable , balcony quite small but with amazing views , the food and drinks were good quality and served with a smile. There are humming birds and occasionally parrots and monkeys in he trees, Snorkelling you may see a turtle . Racehorses swim each morning . Special mention must go to Derion and Shane on the beach who looked after us so well, always kind and helpful, they made our holiday special . The building is a bit shabby and the pier needs renovation, there isn’t a comfy bar or lobby area to enjoy a cocktail - so we had a rum on he beach to watch the sun go down .

In Need of Some Maintainance
The hotel definitely needs some TLC. The building, in many places, is literally breaking off with chunks of concrete missing from terraces and corners. The bar is tiny and the bar staff have no idea how to smile. There is no entertainment and the place is like a ghost town in the evening. The rooms are passable and the food in the restaurant is just okay.

Azariah’s Birthday Trip
The location was perfect for getting around on the local bus. The rooms need upgrading. However, the view was beautiful. There was plenty to do on the beach such as the clear boat, and the jet skis. The horses came on the last day and we were not able to get on them. That seems like it would have been a good excursion. The staff needs to work on being more friendly to the guests. The majority of them just look at you and don't say anything. The exception was the housekeeper. I can not recall her name but she was very pleasant and engaging. Also the lady at the front desk I believe her name was Benita( not absolute) She has a short haircut with color in it. She was very helpful and made us feel welcome. She explained everything very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. The food could be better. Out of the three things we ordered the alfredo with shrimp was the best I would stay here again based on the affordability aspect.
