room was extremely clean and beds were so comfortable. the balcony with ocean view was top notch ! staff was very welcoming. especially santos and peter. peter showed us our room and was extremely helpful. santos was very friendly and helped us with our bags the day of our departure.

Nice place. Rooms are very big for a family to spread out in. Workers are very nice. Special shout out to Leo at the front desk and Peter for help with the luggage. Beach is only a five minute walk. Beach workers are great. The place needs more beach chairs. We were shut out twice and orher times could only get two chairs as a family of four. Umbrellas so large it blocks the beach view if not in the front row which is impossible to get. My room also needs to be spruced up a bit. Walls were dirty and a shower old.

Great time on one happy island
Nice hotel. Very friendly staff! Positives: It’s only a block or so from the beach with constant UTV rides to and from all day. Rooms were quite large. We had a 3 bedroom suite and it was well maintained during our stay. You’re right next to the “strip” so all the bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Negatives: There are no balconies on the back side of the hotel. If you want a balcony make sure you ask! We were on the top floor and didn’t have one. The master shower was smaller than the guest room shower. Very odd considering the amenities. And Peter in the lobby is great!

Fantastic, friendly resort
Excellent resort outstanding service From Valentina the concierge, to Daniel the bellhop, to Ramon the beach attendant, to Sabrina our housekeeper who were all just friendly and so helpful Love the adults only rooftop infinity pool Resort is so close (walkable) to many shops and restaurants This was our second visit and we are already making plans for next year

Best time in Best Hotel.
Best time in Best Hotel. The best Peronal. Thank you Santos.You are the best.The only issue is the shuttle from hotel to the beach working every 30 minutes.there is only one minute to drive.if you can improve the waiting time to every 10 minutes instead 30 minutes.
