Good hotel, friendly and helpful people but... only to be a beach hotel it is not possible that there were only 2 umbrellas in the pool, the contacts in the room are insufficient for the number of devices we use, the TV had 2 controls becoming confusing

We liked everything, the super comfortable rooms, delicious beds, all the bathroom implements super functional, we really liked the daily cleaning (Thanks to Cristina for that 🙏🏼) breakfast does not change daily, but there is everythingooooo, I had the opportunity to celebrate my birthday there and would do it again. Thanks guys, we enjoyed everything!

Excellent family stay
The hotel in general, and the people who work at it are exceptional. The facilities were in excellent condition, the food was very rich, the breakfast buffet has quite a variety, and the staff are very friendly, friendly, attentive, have a vocation of service. I congratulate you!

The facilities nice, clean. The room is comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff. Not much to do around the hotel. Just one observation, I had a problem with the coffee maker in the room, it didn't work and reported to reception and service personnel for change or fix, but they never did anything about it.

They broke my new suitcase seems to have dropped it and turned it over and I didn't realize until my departure every time I asked for food they spent hours not attending to us and the very dirty rooms and the waitresses resent that you get up late and then they no longer want to pass.
