    Another great stay

    Every time I go to Santo Domingo I stay at Radisson Hotel, it never disappoints! Rooms as spacious and comfortable, service is great the Omelette gentleman at the breakfast is very nice and the new F&B Manager Milton is very heblpful and attentive!

    It’s a shame for Radisson chain!!! no words…

    the worst stay ever. after flight of 11 hours I and my husband stay at Radisson Hotel in Santo Domingo. it was our third stay there and before all was good, this time they gave us room for 1 night on our way to Punta Cana. toilet bottom didn't work I was very surprised when I get up in the morning and couldn't flush the water in the toilet, than I went to the shower it didn't work properly, was Sunday there wasn't manager, stuff offered change room before check out, I refused of course. I asked to call me back the management and nobody never did that, I didn't got even apologise. I'm very disappointed never again((((( for 130 usd per night!!! It’s a trick. I never write bad reviews but this time they crossed all limits…My husband was furious

    Subpar

    Nothing special, and actually probably should rate it below average. Onsite restaurant is extremely mediocre, and doesn’t even get simple orders correct. Website says fitness center, yet there is not Fitness center onsite. You have to tell them and they drive you to the fitness center. Had I known this beforehand I would have stayed somewhere else.

    Santo Domingo Solo Trip

    The hotel had some friendly team members. The hotel, I would say, is in a centralized location for the city and surrounding things. The food was subpar for the prices. I stayed in a suite and it was fine except the hot water doesn't get hot and the temperature is not controlled through the room which I found very odd. You turn the ac off, and it still blows. The food is a bit pricey for my other previous travels. The area is an older area, but the beach is nearby, and security is up to par. Traffic is terrible in this area, and I've never seen worse driving. I'd stay for the location but you will hear honking horns on vehicles all day and night.

    Good enough

    Old room. Too much noise. My window didn’t have a nice view and the stuff seemed old. Also, the drinking coffee machine had oxide. On the other hand, having a daily water bottle made me feel hydrated when starting the day.
