    Aruba is a beautiful place.

    There were so many activities to do. You could stay at your resort or explore Aruba. It was very easy to get around and the people were very friendly and helpful. Aruba is a place that will fit any occasion and very beautiful!

    A knowledgeable and friendly staff. There were 9 people in our party and there were no issues accommodating,us in the Buffet or the restaurants.

    Disappointing…

    Our first stay in Aruba, and it was under whelming. My husband and I booked this resort for our honey moon and were told we would receive the honeymoon package… we didn’t. We had to remind them daily and finally on our last night there got a bottle of champagne to our room. The Riu Palace Antillas is more of a hotel than a resort vibe. Food selection was very similar daily, but was great. The rooms need major upgrades. Our last couple of days there I thought I was getting a head cold but upon checking out of our room found mould on our mattress, Clothing, And walls behind the couch and headboard. I wish I found it sooner or I would have asked to switch. There was also loads of mould in the bathroom. I expect to have humidity in the rooms being in a tropical climate. But the mattress caused us to suffer from mold toxicity. Beach was great but you need to wake up EARLY to get any sort of shade or chairs. It’s a small space and fills up quickly. When we travel to the Carribean we look forward to an indoor outdoor feel with resorts that we didn’t have here. It was very much a hotel rather than a resort. If you’re a young couple I wouldn’t recommend this resort and would suggest you look elsewhere.
