    Jamaica

    Very nice resort. Great rooms clean comfortable. Some nights you could hear entertainment through patio doors made it hard to sleep at times. With that being said, the shows were awesome!!! Your staff is so talented and kind/engaging/fun. Pools and beach were great. Our room needs were attended too promptly and successfully. Only negative was making reservations for specialty restaurants. Tricky process. Often times booked up. Disappointing. Italian restaurant was fantastic. Buffet was good overall though just average dinners. Breakfast and lunch were better. Drinks were tasty and fun. We would stay again. Staff were friendly attentive and respectful. Spark was a family favorite as was your beach and pool staff. Love the Jamaican Culture and their people. Just lovely.

    Great stay!

    My husband and I stayed at the Palace Aquarelle for our 15th anniversary. We totally enjoyed our time. Lots of food choices, staff very attentive and courteous, beautiful beach and pools, family friendly. Recommended 10/10!

    Simple excellent

    I have been to many hotels, but I mist say Riu Aquelle is simply the best. The entire staff is a pleasure to be around. You feel like one big family, I only wish I could tip all the staff. Really missed it.

    Great place for vacation

    Everything was top notch, food great with a lot of variety, accommodations very clean and the housekeeping staff and others took care of our needs, pools very good but need to police people who claim a spot and never use it
