Very beautiful resort!
My family and I went to this resort for our birthdays. We had a wonderful time while we were there. The staff were very nice and fun. Mo and Dwayne were the best bartenders! We will definitely be back next year!

Awesome stay
We would give this trip of 5 out of 5 stars the entertainment was good. The hospitality was good and the food was delicious. We had no complaints. Only minor complaint is that we wish they had more things to do for the kids. RIUland didn’t really have much to offer for the little ones but the entertainment at night was 10 out of 10 would highly recommend

Eight is Great
We had a fabulous time, we absolutely love Jamaica!! Only a few suggestions we would have more reggae, the buffet is repetitive maybe do theme nights and the Japanese restaurant we wish it was Teppanyaki out only dislike was the Italian restaurant. We can't say enough about how amazing the entertainment staff is!! Would 💯💯💯 recommend and will be back!!

Nice place but needs some improvement!
This is the 3rd Riu that we have stayed in. We are celebrating our 10th anniversary. I am not going to make this a long drawn out review. I feel that the place is beautiful and clean. The majority of the staff was great. The food was good but nothing to brag about. The steakhouse was great. THE NEGATIVES! Could never get waited on at pool side or the beach. Stayed at the Riu in Nigril the year before and NEVER had this issue! As I stated we were celebrating our 10th anniversary . What the hotel gave us was a joke! They sent up a plate with one orio cookie, one marshmallow, and a piece of browny! ALL OF THESE ITEMS CAN BE GOT AT THE BUFFET! This was very disappointing! A person spends a lot of money to stay at a nice place and they couldn't have gave us a bottle of wine or champagne! I truly believe when places get so big management becomes disconnected with the customer. Sincerely Ron.
