the staff and service were amazing and the property was very well kept i love the app and the ability to reserve restaurants and communicate with housekeeping and maintenance via the app. the rooms are somewhat dated but a service request was completed within a couple hours and no further issues occurred the only complaint is that the walls in the rooms are thin so all hallway noise and noise from adjacent rooms was heard in our room

Great service! But …. 💔
The food could have been much better. Breakfast was the best! Lunch was ok and dinner we barely had because we had reservations to the restaurants on site.

A Vacation Must
We really loved this place. The location was great. It was very easy to get around town. The pool was so relaxing. The night life entertainment was fun as well. The food was amazing. The creating a special dinner for our group.

Our stay at Riu Palace Mongego bay was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the incredible entertainment team—Bubbles, Dinero, Stringbean, Astro, and Alex V from the bar team. From morning activities to nightly shows, their energy, charisma, and dedication made every moment unforgettable. Bubbles’ infectious joy, Dinero’s charm, Stringbean’s engaging spirit, Astro’s show-stopping talent, and Alex V.’s passion created an atmosphere of pure excitement. The hotel itself was stunning, with exceptional food, and breathtaking views, but it was the entertainment team that truly made our experience magical. If you’re looking for a vacation filled with fun, laughter, and nonstop entertainment, this is the place to be!
