    I do not recommend it to anyone! •We got sick because of the moldy walls! They are trying to paint and put up the (freshly painted sign as if they are really interested in renovating the hotel but this is just a deception to cover up the mold) everywhere •When it rains, it rains everywhere and they are not prepared for this. Especially not in the VIP area! •There was no water in the entire hotel so we could not use the toilet for a while. •As soon as we handed in the room cards to check out (we still had a 5 hour wait until the airport) the moment we handed in the cards they turned off the internet and we could not go back and when we reported this problem at the reception Nadyana laughed in our face that this was the case and she and her friend continued to laugh sarcastically, she did not show any helpful performance, she spoke to us in a style that was below critical. •Most of the servers don't speak English well so 9/10 times when I asked for almond milk they gave me plain. Also they didn't understand our requests many times •We asked the maid for a few extra pieces of hangers at the very beginning (we showed them to her) and they haven't arrived since. •The food is sometimes good sometimes not sometimes the meat is raw sometimes delicious. •The animators and the pool waiters and bartenders are nice and skilled.

    Relaxing getaway

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. This our second stay at a RIU resort and it was consistent with our stay at the sister resort in Costa Rica. The property was well maintained and our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive and we have to agree with others travelers we talked to that the breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious! We actually preferred the buffet over the specialty restaurants. The staff was friendly and ready to take care of our needs. It was the perfect mix of chill and party vibe. We enjoyed our quiet days at the pool and beach, but also had fun at the themed parties. We only attended two parties and that was plenty for us! We had a ball dancing at the Pink party and the Neon party and can’t wait to return.

    Amazing Vacation Destination

    We celebrated our honeymoon with this trip! We went with a group of friends and loved it! We thought the staff was amazing, the hospitality and entertainment were top notch. The food and dining gave lots of options!

    Outstanding

    Outstanding. My husband and I went for our anniversary first time in Cancun. The resort is clean, food is great and the service. Special shoutout to our server from buffet, Leyver. He’s amazing and so kind. Also the manager for steakhouse, Defassan what awesome guy. We had a ball.
