    First timer

    First room we were assigned, had a terrible smell, we asked to be moved to another room, which the front desk accommodated us, new room was nice and had a nice view Isabell, bar server, had gone out of her way to connect with us through out the week, Overall enjoyed our week, employees were very upbeat and friendly, food was great.

    Tops on Food and Friendly Service

    The food in the buffet was so delicious, well-presented, evenly spaced out to limit crowding, AND varied , we didn't even try to go to a specialty restaurant or visit the other locations. We were greeted in hallways by staff with big smiles, greetings even when we weren't paying attention, staff would greet us and that felt so good. Our room keeper, Tiffany, always asked if we needed anything and she worked around our crazy schedule. Our main server, Terri Ann, always made sure we had a favorite seat available and remembered our drink preferences. The snacks at the reception bar were my favorites. Rancy, at the main bar alwas asked if we were good, and if we needed anything. He kept the area looking spiffy even when people dropped snacks, he didn't let them clean it. He'd come with the broom. Only missing were my husband's favorite chicken wings. All the bar tenders were fine, but Michelle and Raquel were tops. When the bar ran out of our favorite cabernet Sauvignon, they went to a manager to find more and keep it for us. We tried to make an app't for the scuba lesson, but the trainer was never available when we were, so we gave up, but the workers at the desk were so sweet and explained everything. Your entertainment was wonderful. We could not find the water park although we walked over to Montego a few times all the way to Sandals. The room was lovely. AND best, no sales pressure. Check in was a breeze and check out, even easier.

    Riu vacation

    The best service was given by Dondre and Nashae in the buffet dining. People need to tip. They work hard. Everyone at the resort is so friendly. Place is really clean.

    Birthday vacation

    I had a great stay, the resort is nice, food is good, and staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s also clean, but the rooms are average beds are small. The view of the beach is beautiful. And the resort is 6 mins away from airport which is a plus. The foam and neon party was the highlight of the resort. Will definitely recommend staying at Rui Reggae to others.
