    Best all inclusive in Puerto Vallarta

    This is a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. The rooms are spacious with fully stacked mini bars and alcohol dispenser's. There are several bars, restaurants and pools to choose from along with a wide sandy beach. I look forward to coming back.

    Great place, beaches, pools, rooms, food, entertainment... excellent!! Downside: hard to find pool chairs after 10 AM, but chairs are still available at the beach.

    Not great but found a way to make it better

    Very mid hotel. A big turn off was the 1 towel policy. So to get around this, just make note of any room numbers where the people have checked out and use that room number to get fresh towels. They say it’s to be eco friendly but you can have unlimited room towels. Seems more like something senior management came up with. If it’s like that at all Rui hotels now, I’ll probably avoid the whole chain.

    We had a great stay, everything was very good. Only thing we didn’t like was that it was very hard to get a table at the steakhouse restaurant

  • AdvisoryRiu Party in Puerto Vallarta will be temporarily paused during the renovation of Riu Jalisco. The renovation will begin on August 18, 2025, and the hotel will reopen on December 20, 2025. As a result, the Riu Party will not be available for guests at Riu Vallarta and Riu Palace Pacifico during this period. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resuming the Riu Party events upon the completion of the renovations.
