Great hotel and staff… not so much the guests, if you’re a minority please read!
Great Hotel, Service, Ambiance, and views. If you’re not white… I would look for a different venue, white guests here are literally ‘almost all’ not friendly, and they make sure you know it. For a week long stay…we only had less than a handful of people/white guests smile and say smile at the very least.

5-Star beachfront resort with lots of Ohana from Stacey!
We got away from a week-long Oahu trip for an extended one-night getaway to Maui. As such, we arrived early and wanted to stay late before heading back to Waikiki. We were greeted by STACEY at the front desk who was AWESOME!!! She was able to get us an early check in...and upgraded us to a SWEET ocean view room w/balcony! Rooms were comfortable and most had a nice view, as well. We promptly went out to the beachside, ocean-view pool and just RELAXED! For dinner, we went about a mile up the road to 'food truck park'...and got a great meal to go...then proceeded to watch the sunset from our view balcony as we munched and had some beverages! After dinner, we walked the grounds where they had live music under a HUGE shade tree- all with a great vibe. They also have a LUAU dinner/show on the premises- but we didn't have time to see it- THIS trip! They gave us a late check-out...and we went on a great drive to the blowhole area...then had a late lunch at a great place in Lahaina. Went for a leisurely drive back (our plane wasn't til 7pm) and went to the KULA Botanical garden for some exercise; views and native flower viewing (they also grow their own coffee (small batch) which we bought to take home. There's a lot more to do in Maui- so we already booked 5-nights next May and are taking the rest of the family. For a day, or a week- go check out Maui- and the Royal Lahaina! Don't forget to say hi to STACEY! (she loves cinnamon hard candies!) Ahola!

Fantastic Stay with Beautiful Views
We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the clean, comfortable rooms and enjoyed the amenities. The beachfront view was absolutely stunning! Staley at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We loved it so much that we canceled our other hotel reservations to return. The trolley service was also a fantastic convenience. Highly recommend this place!

First impressions matter.
The room is quite pleasant and you really can not beat the view. Stacey was great checking us in and answering our thousand questions, we felt like she gave us real straightforward answers and not just trying to sell us something. The Valet crew was also very welcoming and personable.

First day here and it’s going great! Thanks to Stacey!
Stacey was extremely helpful and accommodating especially due to a mistake on our reservation. She exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with our bungalow room. Thank you for making this experience a positive, enjoyable experience!
