Worst resort ever!!
Worst resort that we have ever lived in.. Never seen a resort or a hotel that does housekeeping once every two days. Line for breakfast would be more than two hours long. We only got a king bed in our room and no sofa bed for a family of four. We had specifically requested to clean beds, but we were not given those. I and my husband slept on the floor for the entire seven days of our vacation. Would never recommend this place to anybody.

So disappointed and sad to be staying here. Unfriendly people at front desk.
Dark, dingy , old rooms, no outlets to plug in your phones, no bathtub and no sink in the bathroom! Rooms are much smaller and broken down than they appear online. They ration how many towels you are allowed (only 1 per person!) Both men at the front desk were really unfriendly. Did not greet us or even smile. It is not a 24 hour facility. So sad to be staying here😞😞

Family Time!
An amazing experience at this property with the family! If you are looking for a place to relax enjoy the calm beach, food, cocktails and PERFECT family vacation, I highly recommend the Royal Lahaina. A big thanks to Ford (F&B manager) and Gina (Front desk manager) for their genuine hospitality, attention to detail and impeccable service they had with my family.

I have never been more disappointed
This is the most disappointed in Expedia and a beach resort than I have ever been. I paid $6,000 for a basic hotel room for a week. I booked an oceanfront bungalow and was given a bungalow a mile back from the beach. I had to pay an additional $1,000 for a basic hotel room closer to the beach. Absolutely the smallest room I have ever stayed in, it’s more like a cruise ship room. No bathtub. A closet of a bathroom without a sink! Absolutely terrible. This is our anniversary and the hotel knew that as well. I’m absolutely ending my relationship with Expedia not recommending this room at all . You will not feel valued as a customer or appreciated at all at Royal Lahaina bungalows and suites

Fantastic Family Hotel
Such an impressive hotel in a perfect location. Excellent beach for swimming, very clean hotel, spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, great overall ambiance. We loved everything about Royal Lahaina and Kaanapali beach, and we will be back!
