The stayed was okay, food was not that great. Always the same food and beside was cold. The snack food and hambergers were very good. At both hotel GR Caribe tower 2. The pizza place was expectacular and Herminda is a very nice lady sweet and pleasent. Lunch at Veneto was good and good service. Luis Pinto was great waiter. Veneto for Dinner was good too and the waiter was good. Marco Polo was good and the waiter was very nice. They sang happy birthday to my husband. The GRCaribe was under remodelation and the Royal Solaris was full. Hope nest time is better for us. The show were very good and the cena. The members bar needs work. Furniture were horrible and the drinks too.

It was the most anticipated vacation, we had a good time from the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, we were surprised to see how everyone works a long time and does everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The food was good, the drinks were very good and refreshing, the activities on the part from the training team were excellent, entertaining and fun the shows were spectacular I want to make a special mention to Dayan from team entertainment she is very fun energetic, cute always asking how we were doing in general everything was good we hope to return soon

Relaxing week in Paradise
Gorgeous resort! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There were just the right amount of activities at the pool. Fun and time for relaxing. We enjoyed the Zumba and pool aerobics. Easy to access the beach. Loved being able to easily go from beach to pool. The location is great. Close to airport. On the peninsula so water is on both sides. Easy pickup for tours. They were helpful with my food allergies. Food was good. Shows at night were fun. We will be back!

Amazing Birthday celebration
We've been going to the Royal Solaris for the past 5 years. I have to say that the place is immaculate,staff are super friendly and the food and drinks are endless. We had a ocean front room with an AMAZING view.Also i want to thank the staff.Captain Darwin,Antonio, Fabian and Ignacio. The waiter's Alfredo, Laurentino,Ulices and Alberto.Also thank you to the Hostess Stephany and Osiris.Thank you Royal Solaris see you soon....

Great trip!
Had a great trip again due to some of the greatest staff!! First the entertainment staff under the direction of Oliver, we love the foam parties (if only the weather would cooperate more) Lalito, Maxin, Matias, Edard, Maggie and any others I may have missed you guys make pool days so fun!! We love the games we do miss Mr & Mrs Solaris and some of the other games. Mike we miss you by the pool but so happy you are doing what you love! Cecilia in the members bar, just a breath of fresh air and amazing bartending skillls. Yourself and Cecelio and Kalimba are a force in the bar! You guys are amazing and it was so nice to have great service as the last mixologist clearly wasn’t there to serve and wait on others and would only wait on those he had wanted. Javier & Christian so happy to be able to see you at some of the bars but wish you were not kept behind bars at some of the restaurants, truly w waste of great bartenders. The members dinner show the singer was phenomenal and the ballerina dancer was just pure grace!! The dinner itself was ice cold so that was disappointing. With renovations being done and only three options for dinner itself would be nice to have more changes in the menu. When you stay for two weeks it’s difficult to have the same menu most nights. However Fabian at Marco Polo, we can’t thank you enough for the amazing service and adjustments to the menu especially since my husband has severe food allergies to seafood and nuts!! Pool bar etiquette it does not seem right that under age children are going to the bar in the pool to order virgin drinks but then remain sitting there while they drink them, there were times that all spots on any given side were completely filled with minors. I understand they need to order drinks too however they should not be able sit there once served. We also were finally able to get premier alcohol at Solaris pool (absolute etc) however our last day we were told that as of the next day we would have to go to Caribe Bar for premier!! This is ridiculous, we are presidential members but need to go to a different resort to get the alcohol we prefer!! There is no reason why as a member you should have to do this. That is one of the perks with your membership.
