In all fairness this was my first trip to Mexico but I loved this place. The staff was friendly; special shout-outs to Auri (server), Christian (pool bar), Melchor (pool bar) & Lorenzo (buffet staff). Eduardo from entertainment was fun too. Room service was excellent, massage staff was excellent (but they do not have RT #s). Clean facility, lots of a la carte's, nightly theatre and the lobby bar is so much fun. Would absolutely return.

Great time at royal solaris
The hotel was awesome and there were plenty of activities throughout the day. The entertainment staff was awesome especially Dayana. Pool and beach volleyball was a lot of fun. We were there for the foam party in the pool which was a lot of fun for the whole family.

Much more than we expected
First time at this hotel. Honestly, my husband and I were delighted from the beginning with the efficient welcome service that Adrian and Juan provided us. The rooms, food, and entertainment are of a good level, best of all, its swimming pools and private entrance to the beach. I will recommend it to our friends in 🇨🇦 and 🇨🇱

Amazing!
We love our home away from home! We are always treated so well. Especially would like to make a shout out to the most amazing pizza making lady Herlinda who made delicious pizza with a smile every day we were there. Our favorite dining experience is Marco Polo and Ricky and Christian made the meal perfect!!! Also, drinks around the pool were always offered and with a smile by our girl Mayra and our entertaining guy Irak! We ne er had empty cups! And our favorite entertainment host of all time…. Lalito! (Eduardo) until next year our Solaris friends!!!!

Irma & Herlinda the best!
Man if it wasn’t for these ladies I wouldn’t be writing this review at all! Irma,Herlinda,aurora and Mayra were the best! Always on it! If you see them please say that Javier says”HI”. Wish these ladies the best!!! Top tier people. New years there was a full on success thanks to these woman.
