Mold
We have been here about 2hours and already need a new room. Black mold all around the vents, room smells horrific. Pull out couch that acts as the second bed is being held up by the cushions. The chaise is broken and the cushion falls right to the ground. Mattress is disgusting

Pure Joy!
ADONIS WAS THE BEST! HE MADE SURE MY FRIENDS AND I WERE WELL TAKEN CARE OF. The resort was nice and the food experience was good. I was however, disappointed in the sports bar and the lack of professionalism that was displayed. I would recommend this resort in the future just because of Adonis,excluding the sports bar.

Once in a lifetime experience
This was our first time to Punta Cana and we loved every minute. The Resort is wonderful and we had many stand out people that helped to make our trip a better experience. Adonis and Abraham our Butlers were always available to help us out with anything we needed. All the Diamond Club staff were awesome. Edward on the beach made sure we had chairs and towels everyday. Raynar and Jose in the DC Bar went above and beyond with service. Our only complaint would be that there are several people trying to get you to go for a morning presentation to sell memberships. We were not at all interested and they were very pushy. When we did say no they got upset with us. I know it helps them and it’s their job but this was our vacation and I wasn’t willing to spare any time on something I know I’m not interested in doing. Overall we loved our time here and will be back if we are able.

Great time would not change a thing.. oh !!!well maybe staying longer
We had such a good experience. Diamond club was worth the upgrade. I went with a group of six and had a great time. Adonis and Abraham really made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. We celebrated a birthday and Adonis went over and beyond to make sure her day was special

My butler(Adonis)!!! made my stay exceptional!
I celebrated my 40th birthday at the Royalton Bavaro. We upgraded to diamond club which I highly suggest. What made my vacation top tier was our butler Adonis. He was absolutely amazing!!! He made sure we had reservations and whatever we wanted to do he made it happen. He was just the absolute best. When we had a request he made it happen. He made my trip!
