    Punta Cana vacation!

    Narciso, our butler, was the best ever! Loved him so much and he did everything and more. This was the easiest trip I’ve been on because of him. The rooms were always cleaned well, the pool was amazing and the seating near the pool, and the food was amazing, especially at Zen! Everything about the resort was amazing and I can’t wait to come back!

    Loved this place!

    this place was beautiful and so so nice! loved everything about it! there was lots to do and so many good restaurants! there was a good variety of food! the workers were amazing all around! we were diamond members so we had a butler and he was the best! we loved him the most! would definitely come back!

    this was one of the best trips i’ve been on. the scenery is beautiful and so is the resort. the rooms were very nice as well as everywhere we went including restaurants and bars. the food was good everywhere we went and the drinks were too. the pools were clean and very nice. the people working were also amazing. the service was great and everyone was so happy and kind, especially our butler narciso. he was so so great and went above and beyond for us. we’re definitely going to miss him! we were members of the diamond club which is also very worth it.

    Returning again 2026!

    This is our 3rd time back to this resort and we were really impressed with all improvements which had been made so far. Rooms were lovely, the app to book reservations, although still needs more work. The best thing about the resort is the staff, scenery and cleanliness. But what did make our stay were the animation (Vibe) team! They work tirelessly everyday to include everyone and bring fun and energy each day. We can’t thank them enough for making our experience, so much so we have booked again to return already. Special thanks to Bombon, Lyly, Bernard, Victor, Electrica and Omar. Also DJ Anthony who played brilliant music the whole time.

    Terrible- would not recommend

    Firstly the beach is a total disaster, heavy machinery building work and seaweed buildup. By far the worst Caribbean resort I have stayed at (stayed at the splash). I have never left a negative review for a hotel but I would like to make others aware, booked 10 days through Tui (Uk) advertised 3 al carte restaurants as well as Buffett. For 8 days could not secure a booking on the app or by visiting guest services even thoe were waiting to book 5pm on the dot. The 1 restaurant we were able to secure Bella Italian, we were seated outside. Waited 50 mins for our main, no offer of dessert 50 mins after we finished just for us to realise persons inside getting starters from a buffet. Stormed away after speaking to staff. The entertainment on a nighttime is very poor. Our only saving grace is when the splash buffet was closed we could eat at the other hotels Buffett. The place is also swarmed by locals from Fri- Mon which means massive ques (splash side)
