We stayed on the Royalton Splash side from October 31st to November 7th. We decided to go with the Diamond Club this time and it is our third visit to the Royalton chain. Diamond Club is absolutely worth every penny our Butler was awesome; Antonio many thanks for your hospitality your attentiveness to our requests and everything you did possible for my family and my friends to have a wonderful vacation experience celebrating birthdays and friendships. With the Diamond Club not only do you get access to all restaurants and better Buffet choices you also get premium booze and that itself is worth it. Premium booze for instance vodka considers Grey Goose, Ciroc ,Belvidere. Your check in/ check out with the Diamond Club is in air conditioned comfortable area with a bartender ready to serve you with some snacks and food while you check in. I did notice that the cleansing this on the splash side has decreased a little bit nothing to complain too much about but it definitely could use a little bit of TLC. As for the Punta Cana side very nice cleansingness no complaints on that side however the pool bar closest to the beach there are some bartenders that maybe could be a little bit more friendlier. But there is one Diamond Club representative that stood out his name was Yovanny great guy if you're in the Diamond Club and you want a lounger at the beach go see him he'll take good care of you excellent guy. I also want to mention in the bubbles swim up bar Brayan " no sleepy sleepy" best swim-up bar had premium booze and this bartender not a dull moment his famous words no sleepy sleepy meaning have a drink in your hand enjoy your on vacation. What a Fantastic holiday, we spend two amazing week here on our honeymoon great location the rooms are absolutely top class. And staff are very friendly and helpful all the time. The food it's great but our favourite always be the Grazie three times we visited this restaurant and can't fault it at all. Especially for the waiter helped us and looked after us every time Xavier also Caesar first class service thank you. We will be most certainly like to come back here. Hopefully this time with our children

To Antonio Castillo, Thank you for your meticulous work. We deeply appreciate everything you did to help us, we were very impressed. You are a great person to be with and we all truly appreciate the time and effort you put into doing an excellent butler job for us. Your professionalism was of a very high standard and we could not of asked for a better person to have been allocated to us. You was more than just a butler to us you became a true friend to us. Thank you for your time at the hotel and looking forward to seeing you on our next visit.

Family & Friends Vacation
We spent a week stay at the Royalton Splash in Punta Cana on November 9-16th 2024 with family and friends. The stay was welcoming especially from our bartender crew at our bubbles poolside. Thanks to Ismael,Lesmiany,Brayan,José,Elias and Jeison where they were friendly and always happy to serve you. Loved how friendly they were towards our kids from hi fives to hugs.

Do not stay here this place is a dump we checked in and the room we paid to reserve the wall fell in and they tried putting us in a room half the size and the the room was dark and dirty beds weren’t even strapped to the wall the leg on the bed was broken they did nothing to fix the situation so we checked right out and the manager said they would give us a full refund so we booked a room at Majestic and they played games with us getting a refund then now 5 days later they are now saying they are charging us for one night when we never ate anything or even drank anything and we paid for their diamond club which was garbage my wife is a travel agent who books tons of travel to the Dominican Republic and we will make sure everyone knows how this resort is and I will blast them on social media so everybody knows how much of a dump this place truly is and how poor their management is in fixing situations when things go wrong
