Great location but otherwise Meh!
We stayed in the master suites with infinity plunge pool overlooking the beach and ocean. The concept was great, but execution was very poor and not thought out. -plunge pool area had no roof, so at night lots of bugs that bite would get into the room -water in the plunge pool was like warm and we asked if it could be raised and were told it could not. We only went in once given that it was just uncomfortable temperature wise -a tiny closet hanging space and only 1 drawer in each nightstand for all of our clothes - instead of having a helpful closet or dresser there were chairs, Benches, decorative urns and a ladder in the room. We lived out of our suitcases as there was no space in which to unpack -furniture was oversized for the size of the room making it difficult to walk around without stubbing our toes at least a couple of times a day -my husband had ordered roses and chocolate covered strawberries to be in the room for our arrival ($200!!!) but they were not. He had to go to reception to get them. - the Kumo rooftop restaurant is right above these suites and there is a lot of noise from chairs and staff clean up On the positive side the location was amazing and basically beach front. We wouldn’t book the master suite again but may go back to stay in a regular room in future just for the location

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
From the moment my partner and I arrived at the "luxury" hotel where we spent nearly $500 a night. What we encountered was far from the five-star experience we anticipated. Upon arrival, we were excited to relax by the pool and dine at the much-raved-about rooftop restaurant. Imagine our disappointment when we discovered that both dining options were simultaneously closed the rooftop restaurant was off-limits due to a private event, and the restaurant by the pool was also closed because they are not open on that specific day. Faced with hunger, we scrambled to find an outside alternative, a frustrating start to our stay. The service in the hotel didn’t redeem these setbacks. When I called room service to request toothpaste, they delivered expired toothpaste after a frustrating 25-minute wait. This delay was puzzling, considering the hotel’s boutique size and manageable guest count. Moreover, a simple request for extra towels was met with the absurd suggestion that I come down and retrieve them myself. For a place charging top-dollar nightly rates, such service was simply inexcusable. Valet service, advertised as round-the-clock, was yet another letdown. We returned to the hotel at 1 a.m. only to find the valet station deserted. After requesting that the staff lock our car, we left, uncertain whether our vehicle was even secure. The lack of assurance in something as simple as parking was absolutely unsettling. Housekeeping was no better, embodying a frustrating inattentiveness that left the room feeling neglected. The bed was sloppily made without changing the sheets, accent pillows and throw blanket were still on a tv console where I left them, and used towels were not replenished. When we finally tried to dine at the rooftop hotel restaurant the next day, the understaffing was apparent just one individual managing seating and service, with a single cook in the kitchen. Consequently, the wait was agonizingly long, only adding to our disappointment. We ended up leaving not even getting a chance to eat there. Overall, this stay left me feeling short-changed for what I anticipated would be a memorable experience. Unfortunately, instead of luxury and comfort, I found myself questioning the value of my stay at this so-called high-end hotel. The only two good things were the location of the hotel, and the room actually looked like the pictures. Other than that, I would have given this a negative one star. I wished I took pictures of everything describe to show evidence how poor the service was. Trust me you are better off staying at cheaper hotel and getting better service than this.

Beautiful Island 🌴
Came to Puerto Rico to celebrate my birthday. This is a beautiful beachfront hotel. We stayed in a beach-view room and it was calming listening to the ocean. The staff and services were great. It has the most comfortable bed and fluffiest pillows.

Can't recommend this hotel enough
I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff was absolutely incredible - so kind and helpful (from the front desk, to the bartenders, pool and beach staff, housekeepers, etc.). The hotel is modern and clean and the vibes are immaculate. The food was fresh and delicious. Everything was so easy. You can walk directly across the street (a 10 second walk) and you're on the beach with beautiful clear blue water. They set up chairs and towels for you, which is included with your stay. We also loved that this hotel felt more quiet and peaceful than the hotels in Condado which were crowded and a bit much. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back!! Such a great experience.

Best Beach Front Bang in Isla Verde, PR
A Hidden Gem packing a whole bunch of value-added services. Prime location too... on the Beach. The property is elegant, sexy, clean, and tranquil. I hit the jackpot with this property, recommended by a Spirit Airline Pilot because of its great price point without sacrificing style and an excellent experience.
