    Home from Home

    Friendly , welcoming staff, treated everyone like family. Good service and very professional in dealing with peoples needs and requests. Very clean and pleasant ambiance, couldn’t fault it, very comfortable and relaxing. Enough sun loungers and towels for everyone . Good drinks service at the privilege bars. Very happy overall

    Couples relaxing 4 day visit

    Standard of service and food quality below standard expected. Some areas of the hotel look tired and worn . Spa was lovely Views and location was peaceful and beautiful. Preferred club areas were worth it. Quality entertainment at night, though short.

    Dream Mini Break Away

    A huge thank you to all the team at Secrets Hotel Lanzarote for another incredible stay! This hotel is truly superb, spotlessly clean, exceptionally well organised, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They really can’t do enough for you. The food and drinks are top-notch, with an impressively high standard for an all-inclusive experience. The cocktails were fantastic, and the quality you get for the price is outstanding. This was my second time staying here, and I was blown away by the thoughtful welcome gift waiting for me in my room, a lovely touch that made me feel truly valued as a returning guest. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views and a short walk to the beautiful marina. I was lucky enough to visit on market day and had a great time exploring all the stalls. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet relaxed getaway with exceptional service, I highly recommend Secrets Hotel Lanzarote. I can’t wait to return!

    Amazing hotel

    Such a beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly. My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and we have loved every minute. The food is lovely and the rooms are absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend if you're looking for an adults only hotel.

    Quiet and relaxing.

    Positives: I loved the quiet location. It's around 10 mins coastal walk to lovely harbour with a selection of eateries and pubs. I feel the layout of outside pools/ gardens extremely condusive to complete relaxation if you just want to lie out with a book for the week. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is vv good wide selection. Cleaning staff of rooms excellent. Shower lovely. Negatives: these are minor but disappointed in space of showerroom. Toilet etc. Also if the room had diff layout it would have been lovely to see the sea from inside the room. ( have bed against tv wall and vice versa) some of the loveliest views spoilt by litter bins that could have been placed elsewhere. Toilet roll and tissues had horrible cheap feel and chemical smell. The walls outside bit grim nothing lick of paint couldn't improve. These are minor... what was important was top class excellent staff without exception, clean room, great breakfast and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you just need to chill out completely and want a lovely pool area and lounge area to do so. My one tip is teguise market is on Sunday morning we arrived sat night and we were not on the ball to see this market. We did go to calero market on Tuesday but tbh is was not very impressive. We took a taxi to carmen and shocked by how tacky it all was. We did not go on any day trips as we just were not interested this time. Thank you Secrets for a relaxing break.
