    Awesome trip!

    Excellent resort with awesome amenities! Daniel Rivera was a rockstar butler! We had a great time and the overall facility was outstanding. Highly recommend it for business or leisure! Pools and bars were outstanding! Very clear and the staff was very friendly.

    Changed our opinion of all-inclusive

    My wife and I had an amazing time celebrating our honeymoon at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres. The service was incredible and all of the staff were so friendly, including our butlers Ana and Eddy and pool server Infred. We were also very surprised by how much we enjoyed the food (based on past experiences at all inclusive resorts) and there were plenty of restaurants to change it up each night. We will definitely be back!

    Secrets - Playa Blanca is a winner

    The resort was amazing. From start to finish. The room was comfortable and clean. The entertainment during the day and evening was top notch. Mostly great food experiences. Quiet places and very social places were aplenty, so whatever you are in the mood for, it is here. The staff could not have been more gracious - amazing!

    The best butlers, Duran and Gustavo!!

    Secrets Playa Blanca is an outstanding resort because of the people! Duran and Gustavo were exceptional in every way as our butlers! Lila is a great asset to the entertainment team and Edgar is professional all the way. Guadalupe and Leticia are also great in treating guests in their own special way. Thanks to the entire team!!

    Five stars all around!

    Fantastic in every way! Aesthetic and grounds are so beautiful! Probably my top all inclusive I’ve been to! Food and drinks were fabulous, as well as service! Eduardo our butler was beyond amazing! The preferred rooms are worth it just for the preferred pool alone - it was our favorite pool, besides our swim out! The preferred pool had big comfy chairs, its own bar and daily snacks set out by the bar! Will definitely be returning!
