We stayed at Secrets Los Cabos with a group of friends, some were couples. The resort is beautiful, the staff bends over backwards to make your stay amazing, and the food and beverages were delicious. We will be going back here!! if you go, seek out Savir at the preferred club pool. he is AMAZING!!

The best adult only resort that we have stayed at!
Amazing resort with very attentive staff in all aspects. From housekeeping to bartenders and wait staff by the pool, entertainment staff and grounds keepers, this resort is top notch compared to others in its price range. We stayed in building 3, room 3021 which is a non preferred swim out. We felt unlike other rooms in other hotels, we didn’t miss out on the preferred option as all restaurants are first come, first served with minimal wait times. Although there is a preferred pool and breakfast restaurant, it was very quiet and used by mostly seniors. The room which may seem a bit outdated has nice Spanish vibe to it, with all required amenities and then some. The bed and pillows were very comfortable after a long day by the pool or activities. The shower had great temperature and double shower heads for comfort, it was fantastic compared to other resorts. There’s 2 sinks across from each other to ease and speed up getting ready. The toilet is private with door in its own little space within the bathroom, nice feature. There was also a large jacuzzi tub and all required toiletries. The swim out pool was very nice, private and quiet not to mention heated. You can ask them to turn up the temps if necessary, we didn’t find it to be an issue mid March. The pool area is a bit crowded with loungers, 6” away from each other however most people are not in them and simply use them sporadically in between pool time, breakfast and lunch. We always found 2 loungers with an umbrella around 7:30-9am. The pool wait staff were fantastic, never leaving us waiting long. That being said, tips go a long way. The bars are great, especially Rendezvous near the lobby. Ivan makes the best drinks, see pic below with what is a special, not too sweet, tropical and very refreshing. For the Canadian folks, they have Clamato and make Cesar’s to your liking, spicy or not. They also have a very decent Sauvignon Blanc from Chile which we enjoyed most evenings, probably the best of our last 9 resort vacations. The restaurants are above average and plenty to choose from for everyone’s liking. Our favourites were the buffets ones they do differently throughout the week outside, smoked bbq meats with lots of sides and great desert choices not to mention the shows that follow. The breakfast restaurant is very good with organic eggs of your choice, crispy bacon and hash browns. A great selection of fresh fruits, veggies,cold cuts, cheeses and pastries, yogurts and fresh squeezed juices including orange. The entertainment staff is great, although lacking a bit on nightly entertainment, we didn’t feel like we missed out. There were different shows every day and day activities such as included bike ride to Marina, pickle ball courts, ping pong tables, putting green and giant chess board along with water aerobics and other activities. The beach is very nice, it’s mostly deserted, the water is not safe to swim due to rip tides but can get your feet wet if you like. There’s always a lifeguard on duty in case people don’t follow waters safety precautions. The beach is on a slant, makes walking a bit more difficult but great exercise nonetheless. There’s crabs to see on the beach if you walk to the left, they’re on the large rocks. There’s loungers near the swing bar near the beach that are easy to grab and enjoy a nice drink while enjoying the free show from the whales. We usually like to try a different resort every year for variety while getting away from the cold and snow back home however we will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Great experience overall
Alex was our server at Oceana. He was awesome and attentive without being overly so. The food was great and we all had the surf and turf. The steak was cooked perfectly for each of us and we had three different temperatures. Will will be coming back tomorrow.

Food and service were fantastic!
The atmosphere and food were excellent at Oceana. It was a lovely spot for a romantic sunset dinner. Alex was very attentive, drinks were flowing, and the rest of the staff were around but not in your face. We wanted for nothing. Highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations and it wasn’t even close!
This was our first vacation out of the states together and let me just say that Secrets Los Cabos has set the bar insanely high when it comes to future bookings. The staff was very attentive, they would call the room every day to check on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Unlike most all-inclusive resorts, the food here was outstanding. My girlfriend loved everything as did I. The staff at the restaurants were very friendly. The servers at the bars were fast and the drinks were great. Shoutout the entertainment for getting everyone engaged. I would live here if I could.
