Food was very bland. At the Seaside restaurant the burger came out raw even though we requested well done. Drinks by the pool were weak and never consistent for quality/taste. Very long wait to get reservations and the shows were boring and lacked ambiance (they were in a conference room with a stage and only a PowerPoint as decor)

Delmar and Marianna were awesome entertainment directors and Tete did an amazing photo shoot capturing our 9th year together. Would stay again! Food was good. The beach was not swimmable but was fantastic for walking! There were lots of places to be alone or together with others.

Wonderful Relaxing Experience
Will visit again! Secrets in Los Cabos was fantastic. We were there for 7 days / 6 nights and it was an amazing experience. This was our first time at an all inclusive resort. We have done several cruises over the years, but I'm sold on resorts like Secrets.

One of the best hotels we have had a pleasure to stay at.
This is a beautiful older style hotel. It is very well kept up. The staff were amazing and friendly. We travel a lot and this was one of the best experiences with friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Ana at the market cafe was so very sweet. The view was spectacular. Valentine was a very helpful concierge. We will definitely return.

New Home away from Home
My husband and I stayed on the preferred side, we love the room with the jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the ocean, the food was great. We love the Mexican restaurant. People were very professional, the room was amazing, and the amenities were off the chain. we will definitely come back. The concierge Daniel Gutierrez was excellent he set everything up before we even got there. Great job
