3rd trip to this hotel and did not disappoint. A lot of same staff from previous visit including Felix in preferred lounge by check in, for great margaritas, Julianna is building one preferred bar for best morning coffee, Diego, best butler...... food, pools, beach, service, rooms were awesome.....

Relaxing, Beautiful Adults-Only Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, modern, and immaculately maintained, with stunning ocean views and a very relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive — their hospitality truly made the experience special.

Amazing
Ezy was the best butler, very attentive to our needs and checked in on us daily, making sure we knew all daily activities as well Jesica at Manatees pool/bar was very friendly and personalable, which I think made our experience well worth it Felt heard and seen and that people wanted us there

While our room was fine and comfortable, nearly everything else about our stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana fell short of expectations. The food was honestly disgusting at most restaurants—poor quality, limited options, and meals that were poorly prepared and unappetizing. For a resort that markets itself as luxury and all-inclusive, the dining experience was unacceptable. The only exception was the sports bar, which was the one place we received great service and decent food throughout our stay. Service across the rest of the resort was inconsistent and often frustrating. Staff frequently appeared overwhelmed or uninterested, and basic requests took far too long. The overall organization and guest experience felt chaotic rather than relaxing. Given the high price and the reputation of the Secrets brand, this resort does not deliver value. We expected an upscale, stress-free vacation and left disappointed. We would not return and would not recommend this property.

Best vacation yet
Wow. Spent the extra money for preferred, and it was so worth it. Our Butler Ezy was the best. The beach was incredible with excellent service. All the al a carte restaurants were great and even the buffet had something for everyone. The service in this place is top notch. The rooms are very clean and the beds are huge and comfortable. This has by far been the best resort we have been to in the Caribbean, and look forward to returning
